Chuck Head with precision painters was very prompt, easy to work with, and personable. His crew was on time and friendly. The problem came after the work was done and I noticed that in all three rooms the woodwork had been poorly primed and painted in recessed areas of the moldings. There was bare wood showing in all areas. This was consistent in all three rooms that were painted. The moldings were not excessively detailed. All of this priming and painting was done with a spray on technique. I will be forced to go in and hand paint all of these areas in all three rooms. I emailed Mr. Head and let him know about the problem. Instead of offering to come back and remedy the problem he informed me that he would "bring it to the attention of his crew". I told him that I didn't think there was even enough paint to do all the retouching and asked where the paint came from. He did not offer to provide more paint and told me where I could buy more. To say the least, this was a disappointing outcome. I would like to be able to recommend him and his company but unfortunately the quality of the work and his lack of response to the problem does allow for me to do so. If the quality of the work had not been lacking the price for the work was reasonable. I had no problem with his crew while they were in my home. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Chuck should spend more time supervising or helping his hard working employees and less time talking and visiting with anyone around. The light fixture in our main bath was ruined with paint. Chuck ordered the wrong replacement fixture and we have not heard back from him after two weeks. One towel rack came down when a towel was placed on it. Adequate drop cloths were not used.

On time and did a great job.
