PERKINS & SONS CONSTRUCTION

After 3 years, we were finally ready to finish our basement. We wanted to install a 2 room music studio, a 1/2 bath & a large office space. We contacted several contractors & chose a few of those to interview. Jim & Damin (a father/son team) were the obvious choice from the 1st meeting. They asked tons of questions to better understand what our needs/expectations were regarding the rooms & our budget, & made great suggestions throughout the process. They educated themselves about the needs of studios & collaborated with us on construction & design issues. They hand-picked the few subs we had to use & stayed on-site to supervise them. These guys take pride in their work & care about their customers. There is not enough room here to list the many acts of kindness performed during their time with us, ancillary to the basement construction project. The finished rooms went beyond our expectations. The spaces they created reflect our style & who we are more than any other rooms in our home.

I found them to be excellent workers and the price was very reasonable. The floor looks really nice, a quality job. I would use them again.
