Description of Work: called Pella for an estimate for new windows a Ms Audra Griffith came out and gave me a price..she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about her products...the price was inline with what i expected but since they do not do siding i went with one company for both siding and windows..when iget ready to replace door is will certainly consider them

Description of Work: New Door replacement on 9/25/2009. The stain was streaking with primer showing through & it took them 6 months to replace and the 2nd one had same problem, so I suggested adding more coats of stain and it still has primer streaks. I gave up and will live with it. Then I discovered sunlight through the threshold and they won't schedule the sdjustment for 60+ days. I reported to Pella corporate and still haven't heard anything. Terriable quality & customer service. DON"T BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!
