Excellent. Sales rep was excellent, installation was excellent.

It was good. I was very satisfied with the product and with their service. They did a really good job and I love them. Our door has the blinds inside the glass and I really didn't like that. I don't have any problems with them at all.

They were great. I can tell a big difference. I would say that I really like the windows. The people who installed them, the young man and his helper were really nice. They had a very good installation. The price was a little high. The quality was very good. They came out right away.

We were pleased because they were quick, polite, clean, not creepy and the window still looks beautiful. They had subcontracted some guy who does a lot of home repair stuff and I got his card.

It worked out well; they did a very good job. The subcontractor who did the work was excellent, but the company has now changed installers so I can't speak to the service someone would receive now. They were very responsive and were always on time. I had no complaints with them at all.

They really messed up our order, and they refused to do anything about it. They turned the doors the wrong direction, and so there were two different doors with the wrong sides. They switched the swing on the sides of the doors, and it ended up costing us another 800 Dollars to do that, because we had to change the opening. We had to have brick work done because of that. They offered us half off on reordering again. When you are paying $2000 Dollars per door, you are not going to pay again for other doors. They said they couldn't do anything else. I was really mad. I would not recommend them. I liked the doors, except that they kept having to come out to fix them for two years while they were under warranty. One of them has a problem now. They treated us horribly, and denied any wrong doing. They didn't respond, they basically called me a liar, even though I had written proof. They came in fine, it was the price and the installation problem. The way they handled the problem was very upsetting. I told the technician about the problem, and he told me he would talk to somebody about it, but nothing happened.

I love them. We were really excited with the work they did. We were blown away. They have great service and great product. I couldn't ask for better job on it. We were beyond impressed and everything worked perfectly. It looks good and functions well. They just sold exactly what they told us and they were quick about it.

I am happy with the service. This was the first time that I used them. I liked that everything was done very professionally. The door that was installed was very high quality and it was exactly what we had in mind. The guy who installed it was very professional, and very competent. I have no dislikes, everything was perfect.

My husband is very pleased. I think he is getting ready to order more. I know I have got a 25 year old house. I am going to order 14 more windows. They are very good. I did wait for the coupon. I waited until they had their installation on sale. He is really pleased with the product. In terms of responsiveness, they came right away. I think they might be pricier than other people but if I wait for their installation coupon or buy one and get one then they become compatible.

They guy messed up our door frame when he put it in. The door itself is great, but the frame is messed up. I did not let them know about it. They were responsive.

We were looking at other companies, and from talking to other people who had used them before, they had the best reputation. They did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves, and they even helped move furniture away from windows. The first day they moved filing cabinets and they put it back when they were all done. They work well, and the actual kilowatt hours on my bill has gone down. The guy came out to the house 3 days after we called them, and they came out to do the job after 3 weeks. The quality of the work is good, the seals are good, and the guys knew what they were doing, and they put their best effort to do it.

The windows were beautiful, and they were installed well and in a timely manner. The only dislike was that a plastic cover that goes on the front was cracked, and I called them, and they charged, me and said it wasn't on the warranty.

I had a great experience. I recommended them to a lot of other people. In fact, I'm about to buy 52 windows, for my new house I'm building, from them. Based on that experience with the replacement windows, these are new, so I haven't put them in yet, they haven't been ordered but so far I've had a great experience with the woman who is the designer there.

The service turned out fair. They were pretty prompt, but we had asked for a certain sized window, and I didn't like that they didn't get the measurements right. The brick work that they did was fair. I think a lot of it was the guy who came and did the measurements, and the ordering, he needs to pay more attention to detail. They were pretty responsive.
