Description of Work: We changed six windows in our home and Pella provided us with outstanding service. We were off to a slow start but when Brian came to install our windows that was a home run. The installation is beautiful and we are delighted with the product too. We would highly recommend Pella, Johnny project manager and Brittany, sales rep. Brian, our installer, we could not say enough good things about him and the great work he did. Truly a 5th Generation professional. Thank you again and again. Jane and Jim

Description of Work: The first installation had a few problems, but the installer acted as though everything was finer and left. He then called me back that night and said he would have to come back to fix things. I called the sales rep to complain, and had a different person come out to fix everything, which was done quite well and professionally. So, a mixed bag. First installer did not do a great job, second one did. Sales rep was very responsive. I would use again, but knowing who to ask for and who to avoid is vital.

Description of Work: Pella install team came in and removed the existing patio doors and then repaired all water damage to the wood below the door frame, installed a new sliding glass door and fully insulated and weather sealed around the door, both inside and outside. The new slider with between the glass blinds looks awesome and you can feel the difference on the inside from the new energy efficient doors. The installer was very professional and explained what he was doing and what he found while removing the old door, he cleaned up everything and it really has made a huge difference in the look of that patio area.

Description of Work: Replaced 8 windows. The windows are high quality. The inside stain matches my wood trim. The outside is maintenance free. Guys worked well, we're best, professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: I had Pella replace 6 windows in my house - they did a really great job and I am happy with the windows so far. I only have 2 complaints - they are super expensive (hopefully paying for quality) and they only sent 1 guy to install all 6 windows. However, the guy who came out was there before 8am and worked a full day, finishing in 1 day, although he didn't leave my house until around 7pm. He did a really great job and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I have more windows to replace in the future and plan to use Pella again.

Description of Work: Replace all windows and two french doors. We contracted with Broderick Builders to do the work but Pella made way to many mistakes. One panel of three windows were each 1 inch too large (totaling a 3 inch mistake). One patio door was not correctly ordered. We started the project in January and because of Pella's delays we still are not finished in May. | |Broderick builders however did a phenomenal job and we would use them again.
