One crew came to do the removal of the old unit and install the new one. they completed the work in two days doing an excellent job. the new chimney was added thru the attic and they did prep work for the stone facing on the new fireplace. a second crew came in to do the stone work that was installed just as we had asked. All the workers were courteous friendly and responsive to any concerns or questions we had as the work progressed. the crews were also careful to clean up after themselves and make sure the room was as they found it at the end of their work. The salesman, barry Inman, stayed in touch with us during the process to ensure everythign was goign as expected. we met with the owner, ken fargason at the store when we were setting up the work and he too was helpful during the process. The work was completed as scheduled and to our expectations.
