 + 0 moreThese folks were absolutely awesome! They had a real chance to sell me more than what I needed, but were very kind to point out what they could do for much less and actually told me that there really was no benefit to the more expensive option. They completed the work in 2 days and everything was spotless when they left. After pressure washing, the on-site manager checked our vinyl and had his guys go back and do some "touch-up". Everything is immaculate! We've had friends over that saw the house before, and now they rant about how great it looks! I highly recommend these guys!
Description of Work: Removed old gutters, then pressure washed, cleaned and straightened my aluminum trip. Then installed new 6" gutters and gutter guards.

 + 0 moreThey turned out just fine. I liked them, but I just liked someone else better. I had four different people come out and they were in the ballpark, their price was not extremely high. They were very professional and very informative.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Lewis Construction and I ended up not using them. We were having front porch, removed, replaced, the driveway redone, the porch area and terrace, etc.

 + 0 moreI called Jonathan at Lewis Construction and he was the only person I called who picked up the phone! (I know everyone's generally busy, but it was nice.) He was local and able to stop by later that day to check out the bathroom for a quote. While here, he took measurements. One thing I thought was great was that he went out to his truck to grab a tool so he could see how easily the plaster would scrape off - that would surely help his estimate. He emailed the estimate over the next day. I had requested two prices, one that included priming and painting and one that did not (so I could do it myself). The $850 was without priming/painting. It was $1200 with. This price was great to me considering the FIRST quote I got - from someone who did NOT come over but only looked at photos - was a whopping $1800. We've chosen to go with someone else only because they came in at a lower price. I have no doubt that Jonathan would have done EXCELLENT work. It's just that, since we're moving, I want to save as much money as possible for the new house!
Description of Work: I had applied a coat of Venetian Plaster faux finish to our master bathroom about 2 years ago and never finished it (it looks pretty bad). Now we're moving in a few weeks and the owners of the house want the walls smooth again.
