Description of Work: I had set up a contract to have various services done throughout the year, such as a HVAC abd plumbing check. They were prompt and did a great job, the initial visit was for an electrical check on my wiring... they came back and added dimmer switches, which turned out great.

Description of Work: Recently, several months ago we asked an estimate for s split duct to back porch. We were told this is technically difficult but indicated to get back with revs from expert ( never heard from again). We will use them but monthly fee for membership is really a not so good way to effectively use our resources and ask that this fee stopped.

Description of Work: Provided inspection service at agreed price. Fixed light in kitchen fan at no additional cost. We agreed on addition of breakers that were needed for our service at reasonable price and work was done on same visit. | |We set up future service checks with coupons to use for savings. Will definitely call them again.
