Description of Work: Basic tuneup or check of all plumbing and fixtures. That was fine for the price of $30, but when we found out that the water heater was leaking their price estimate for a new water heater and installment was several hundred dollars more expensive than other well known competitors. Overall the gentleman was very professional and thorough.

Description of Work: I had 4 stopped up drains that needed clearing: 1 shower, 1 kitchen sink, & 2 bath sinks. He cleaned the shower, kitchen and 1 bath sink drains and they work great. The other bath sink drain was clear and he could not find a reason for its stopping up. It finally appeared to drain OK, but the next day the sink filled up again. He came back and took the drain assembly out of the sink and discovered that the lever that raises the stopper was corroded almost all the way through, so it was not lifting the stopper high enough to allow adequate draining. He replaced the drain assembly and it worked great. The day after that there was a water leak in the cabinet below the sink, so he came back and removed the drain assembly and resealed it. It has been OK ever since. Everything still works great now!!!
