Description of Work: All the electrician wanted to do was replace not repair any item he checked for me. Very expensive estimate to replace fan, fire alarms, etc. He was more interested in getting me to sign up for a 12 month service plan.

Description of Work: Very professional. He did a great job and knew what he was doing. Very friendly and quick. All it cost was the special price I paid on Angie's list. Had him out to do more work for us.

Description of Work: The service went well! He did a great job! Just don't let him up sell you other services because he up sold me on hvac preventative services which I told him I have serviced a couple months prior but when he told me the price I couldn't believe how cheap it was given I just had the service done for twice as much as he was offering. ($135 other compnay...they offer $95 for 2 services) I should have known that if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is! So the complaint I have is not with the plumbing service I received but with the hvac service I didn't/did receive. Needless to say, he basically told me I needed to spend a couple THOUSAND DOLLARS and get a new heating something or spend even more couple THOUSAND DOLLARS on a new unit! I then proceeded to tell him that just a couple month prior I have a complete service of the unit and the guys who did that service never mentioned anything about a new heater something and he tells me that previous guy didn't do his job and I should not use them. At that point, I'm thinking the same about him! Not to mention he turned off the gas to the unit and he couldn't turn it back on because it was against the law for him to turn it back on knowing the problem that was existing. That is when I gave him that look and asked nicely where is the shut off valve for the gas which he hesitantly showed me and said I can't in good conscience have you turn it back on with me standing here so I say ok well you will be gone soon enough! Needless to say, I will not be using the second service that I already paid for!!!

Description of Work: Lots of building going on in Nashville and HVAC providers seem too busy to return calls or show up for appointments. Our (new) home had a furnace installed next to the parking area of our 2 car garage making it impossible to park 2 cars inside. We did not build the house but were the first occupants. When we bought it we did not realize how tight a fit this would be. | |We started requesting quotes for HVAC firms to hang the furnace from the ceiling. We contacted 3 larger companies and we had to chase them for everything including appointments, quotes, answering simple questions & returning phone calls. Terrible service and the quootes seemed too high. | |Someone recommended Lee Company and the experience could not have been better. They needed to change the first appointment to do the quote but called well ahead of time to change it. | |They were on time for the next appointment. Theyu explained the work and options and quoted us quickly on the spot. They were able to do the work the next week and just finished the 2-day job yesterday. We are extremely satisfied with the results. And we paid exacly what they said we would pay. | |I could not be happier with this service.
