Description of Work: Provided free inspection of HVAC, plumbing, & electrical systems. They replaced Heat Pump last year and free inspection was part of service. Very polite and efficient service. Had to reschedule and did so cheerfully.

Description of Work: Found a short in a light switch that disabled a breaker that controlled several ceiling lights/fan. Disconnected switch causing the short and breaker turned on and power returned to rest of the circuit. Also checked out most of other circuit breakers and relabeled ones that were mismarked. Was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Initially, I had contracted the Lee Company to come out to do a plumbing inspection as part of an Angie's List deal. While they were out to my house, I had them install a garbage disposal and fix the low water pressure issue we had. The two gentlemen that came out accommodated our schedules and were VERY helpful and informative about the issues they found. I was so impressed by their service that I signed up with their monthly maintenance plan and will continue to use them for ALL of my housing repair/upgrade needs. The fact that this company works hard to coordinate to our schedules shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. Most other contractors are inflexible when it comes to scheduling, but Lee Company worked with us since both my wife and I are working professionals and cannot be home during daytime hours. We are very happy with the work they completed.

Description of Work: Quality of work was good. However the price was misleading. The charges were more than than the advertised special. The repairman said that the price didn't apply to the cost of my facet.

Description of Work: Plumbing. They fixed a leak in my shower when they came to do a plumbing inspection. They also TLD me about an excellent service plan with the company, which I did purchase. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Water heater tune up. It went very well, they flushed out the tank and did an overall plumbing inspection and gave me a heads up on some things to look out for possibly in the future.

Description of Work: We had a new toilet installed which we purchased from the Home Depot. Lee came and installed it. No troubles, prompt, they carried it up to our 2nd floor which we were happy about. They scheduled this appointment very quickly too.
