Description of Work: I did feel like they had me over a barrel in terms of fixing my problem right away with hardware that I could've bought for much less. The work was done well, but I don't think that it was a good bargain.

Description of Work: This was an annual A/C check. I listed no cost because I pay a monthly fee to be a member of their preferred customers. As such, I get 4 free inspections annually. | |The technician let us know he was coming, and arrived on time. He was VERY thorough, taking about an hour to do a complete system check. He had some suggestions for preventive maintenance.

Description of Work: The Lee employee fixed a toilet handle and replaced two of the flush units inside the toilet. They were a little expensive (pieces) but have worked very well. The employee was a very courteous, professional, and explained everything he was doing. We have since used Lee Company two additional times on our rental home. They are not cheap but well worth the additional cost you may have to spend for their services. Highly recommended.
