Description of Work: A lot! They fixed two toilets and most important, gave me back excellent water pressure with extensive work--over 8 hrs and brought in additional personnel. I got a thorough workup from their evaluation, and had the work done.

Description of Work: The service rep arrived on time, very clean & well spoken. We reviewed the necessary repairs, discussing options & charges. He completed each task quietly & efficiently & left each area clean & organized. He even took all extra scraps & wrappings with him when he left. He told me of all the different types of repairs & contract options that Lee Co offers including total home inspections at the time of sale. My neighbor recommended them very highly & I was very pleased.
