I do not think they ever even checked the system at all; just took the money. Shortly after they were here, we started having problems and the new heating and air conditioning man discovered a crack in the heating unit that could have caused a fire and the loss of our home. We had the whole thing replaced. I recommend you steer clear of this company.

I like the fact they show up to do the work on time and they always let me know how to save energy on my heating and cooling during the year. They are very courteous and are always friendly when they visit my home.

The guys arrived about 40 minutes late but were finished just after lunch. We have REAL water pressure for the first time in 13 years and Lee Company came in $1000 cheaper than the estimate from the large plumbing company we usually use.

I called Lee Company at 9am on Thursday & they set up an appointment for me on Friday. The technician arrived at 8am sharp. He was friendly, courteous and went right to work. He assessed our problem and gave an estimate prior to performing the repair ($69 service call + $69 for repair - $10 internet coupon from the Lee Company website = $128). Once the repair was finished, he explained what had caused the clog and gave me good preventative advice going forward. He tested the sink drain thoroughly, filling up both sides of the sink multiple times, and running the dishwasher and the disposal as well. I mentioned an issue we seem to be having with our hot water heater. He took a look at it before leaving and gave me suggestions regarding possible causes and corrective measures.

Excellent experience. My call was handled right away, and the appointment was booked in less than five minutes. The technician, Donovan, wore shoe covers the entire time, worked quietly and efficiently, and even showed aesthetic flair when he asked at what angle we would like the handles to sit in relation to the curvature of our sink! He completely cleaned up after each installation, leaving no trace that he had even been there. It was an all day job, and he was polite and pleasant throughout. Before leaving, he gave us further information about services the Lee Company provides.

The men were very nice... Arrived early... Completed the job timely... I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. I had asked them to add turnoff valves but the gentlemen stated that it would probably create more problems in the long run... I appreciated his honesty!

I called Lee about 8 am on a Monday morning and a serviceman came at 3:30. He fixed everything after looking at it and just doing the little things my husband had missed. There was no overselling or fixing things that didn't need fixing. He showed me what was wrong before he repaired it and asked permission before he did it. The only reason the bill was as high as it was (because the parts were only $15) was the charge for the service call and the hour labor. The tech was very pleasant and professional. I always trust this company to do the job right. Lee is a very reputable organization.

We are remodeling a 30 year-old house and have changed out everything in the kitchen. I needed a large hood installed and configured with a 7' duct. The route through the walls was tricky, so I called Lee Company to quote and do the work. Lee showed up for the first visit, took measurements, and asked a few questions. I was promptly given a quote. When the cabinet installers were ready, Lee came back and put in the hood and duct work with no issues.

Our furnace went out in December. I was leaving town in two days so we called several companies to get quotes. Lee Company was prompt in setting up an appointment (not everyone was), and James was very thorough in his assessment. He even recommended that we get a smaller unit and fix the poor duct work. From start to finish they have been attentive. They came out as promised on a Friday at noon while we were at work, and worked through until about 8 pm that night making sure everything was right. It might all be a show, but to a man, they were friendly, informative, honest (not answering questions they didn't know the answer to), and they did great work. Sometimes working with a bigger company does have its benefits.

I purchased a service plan from Lee Company after they did my last repair. They discounted my repair price plus they now check my system twice a year. They do good work at a fair price.

The Lee serviceman was great. He was polite, professional, and prompt. He was even empathetic that he had to charge me for the work since I could have done the work myself had I known what to do. He showed me exactly what he did so that I could perform the same maintenance myself in the future if necessary.

I have a contract with Lee Company. They do an excellent job with their services. I am very satisfied.

Lee Company is very knowledgeable and nice. The problem is, I had to go without air for six days in 90 degree weather. It took that long to get the part in. I would still hire Lee Company as they are very good at what they do.

The Lee Company came in to replace some of the old pipes in our basement. Part of completing this change was also to reconnect it to the sewer system. The quality of work that they do is very good and I have never felt gouged in the pocketbook.
