I was very impressed that over the phone they told me that I needed to get an electrician. I really liked that they didn't send somebody over here and that saved me money. I thought they were honest.

The experience turned out very well. The employee was very nice and they were reasonably priced. Within another day our air was out again so they came back out and they didn't charge us a service call. Then it was determined our unit needed to be replaced. It was in July during the hottest week up to that point. James Hernandez came out and talked with us about our options for replacing our unit. He was very professional and courteous. They weren't going to be able to get to us for another for or five days so they brought us out an industrial fan to use in the mean time. They said they hoped to get to us on Saturday and they did. Two young men came and worked all day while it was extremely hot outside. James also came out to check on them. They installed a heating & cooling unit, as well as an air purifier and air sanitizer. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

Our experience with them has been fine, and we don?t have any complaints.

They also do a complete inspection in my house twice a year for my plumbing and electrical. They have a very good reputation in the town and I can call them 24/7 for help. Their pricing was cheaper than Home Depot.

They were very prompt and came out within a day or two after I called. They were professional, pleasant and did what they were supposed to do. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

I have a contract with them and they do all the plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air conditioning unit. I can call them 24/7 for help. They have a very good reputation in the town. I have been satisfied with their service.

I think they did a fine job. I had no problems with them. They discovered something that needed to be repaired. They took care of the damaged part.

They were very good and very courteous. They were conscientious about their work, and they were conscientious about my home. They were friendly, on time, and did great work.

Heater went out (no gas getting to unit). Lee came out and cleard the area where gas shoots into the unit, reset it, then it fired right up. They stuck around for a few minutes to ensure that there it was working properly, and it has been working fine ever since.

They were very prompt and friendly. The only negative was that I felt that they were trying to up sell me throughout the servicing. I might call them back in the future.

Lee Company was great! They told us that the work was going to be so simple that we could actually do it ourselves. They told us how to do it They saved us close to $700.00. My sister used them, and they do good work. They were on time.

Assessment = very professional, to include answering my detailed questions. Insallation was right on time and efficiently done. Follow up, however, was poor. Still missing instructions for one unit and requested change to the work has not been accomplished.

The first technician came out and looked at the furnace and could not figure the problem and even the second technician could not figure it out. Then the supervisor came out and he finally figured the problem. The supervisor was very nice, helpful and went the extra mile. He called the furnace company and found out that one of the parts was still under warranty. They are responsive, honest and try hard to fix things.

The company is expanding and the most recent service techs that have serviced my HVAC have been newer apprentices rather than master techs. The service provided however has been satisfactory. They are professional and neat.

Lee does exceptional work on everything we've used them on: front door staining, irrigation, electrical (this report), and HVAC (we have a service contract--and have for 3 years, as long as we've been in Nashville). We have used them for three years and never been disappointed. I think they might be a little more expensive (just my feeling, I haven't gotten competitive bids), but you get what you pay for and you don't get what you don't pay for.

They are reliable and did good work.

Danny was the plumber who came; very friendly; diligent and got the work done completely to my wife's satisfaction. Price was very fair for how long it took him to get everything done. I'd recommend!

The whole process took only 2 1/2 hours, he had to crawl under our house and also go into the attic. He worked very hard and did an excellent job. He left us feeling like the den/laundry room was no longer a possible fire hazard. We still have to replace some drywall, but will also have a plumber coming out eventually to move our washer and will do it after all work is completed.

I called Lee Co in the morning and explained my problem. They worked me into their schedule the same day. They called before the came and thoroughly investigated to find the problem. It took more than two hours to find the problem and repair it. Todd was great to explain what he was finding and to make recommendations about electrical upgrades. I expected the cost to be higher and was very pleased the service.

The main thing that I liked about them is that they got back to me very quickly. I e-mailed them over the weekend and that following Monday morning, somebody called and then the service rep was here that same day. I also liked that while the service rep was working, he was explaining everything to me so I knew exactly what he was doing. He also let me know when we were going from one price to another, as the job progressed he let me know how prices would change as the job got more difficult.

THey have a good reputation in Nashville. They are not the cheapest but they did a great job. They did what they said, when they said, in a very short time.

Honest and on time. I watched them do the work. Cleaned up after themselves.

Greg was on time, professional, and found the problem right away. The unit was repaired and back up and running very quickly with no surprises or bogus recommendations or further sales pitches. The rate seemed average (always seems high to me though, but no reference really), but Greg also gave me a discount coupon.

They did the job efficiently. They had do it crawl space of our house. They were responsive and on time to the job. We would use them again in the future and recommend them.
