They are courteous, they put shoe covers on when they come into your house. They are on time and reasonable. They aren't the cheapest in town but they are the best.

I have been using them for quite a while for different things like heating and cooling, electrical and plumbing. This past year I've been frustrated, calling for the same job more than once. They come and say what is wrong with it and then have to come back a second and third time. I like that I don't have to pay them on the spot; they allow me to pay as time goes on and they bill me. Their job has not been the best. I don't know if they are not using the best professional people because they have to come two or three times which is frustrating. They do clean up after themselves. I complained once when they gave me the bill because they had to come three times and he did reduce the bill. I've had a relationship with them for quite a while.

We thing they are very very good. They just seem very reliable, the people they send out are very good, they are professional, and we think they are satisfactory.

They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional, worked quickly but with attention to detail. Centered the outlets and fans perfectly (I was concerned about this). Covered their boots with shoe covers whenever they came into the house so as not to bring in dirt and wet leaves. Removed fan boxes, packing materials and other odds and ends when they finished the job. Lee Co. is relatively expensive, but the work is always done right and the employees seem to be treated well by management. I appreciate the fact that theirs is a well-run, professional company that I can trust.

I called out late morning and by early afternoon I was called and dispatcher sent out Dean. Checked out our system very well and cleaned our system... Also educated me on how to keep system cleaned so issue would not happen again... Great experience

They are very responsive. They are very expensive, but they do a good work. They are very prompt.

We have an annual service contract with them and they come out here twice a year. They are big and do lot more than just heating and cooling; they also do plumbing, electrical, concrete and gutters. They did some gutter work for us and we were highly satisfied with that. I will use them again in the future.

They are always honest and on time.

We scheduled in advance the date of the job so that we could plan to be off work. We had a specific date in mind (it was a Monday) and it was a week from the day we were given the estimate. They might have been able to schedule the work sooner, but we did not ask. 2 crews were assigned to the job?one for inside the house and one for outside. Both crews arrived just before 8:00 AM and started right to work. The outside crew consisted of 2 men that were there the entire time . 2 other men came as they were needed and one supervisor stopped by to check on the job. They did such neat work using a Bobcat. I was concerned that they would tear up our whole front lawn, but they didn?t. They had to remove one bush, but they put it back when they were finished. The first day of outside work was completed in 3.5 hours. The workmen explained that they could not fill in around the new pipe until the county codes inspector came by to approve their work. The codes inspector came the next day, Tuesday, and approved the job. The following day, Wednesday, the work crew came back and filled in the hole around the pipe, replanted the bush they had to remove, raked and seeded the area and put straw down. We paid for the outside portion of the work when they completely finished the job on Wednesday. The inside crew was one man because we have a basement. The man was kind and professional and he worked all day long without any break. He was polite and knocked on the door each time he had to come upstairs into the house. He had shut off all water, but started his work at one of our bathrooms so that he could get our facilities turned back on as quickly as possible?so it was only a couple hours that we were without facilities. His work was neat and efficient. He completed the entire inside job in 7.5 hours and we did not have to do any clean up when he left. We will definitely use Lee Company again for our plumbing needs.

They were very punctual when they came to give the estimate, then they came & performed the work at exactly the time they promised and did a fantastic job. They charged exactly what they estimated and clean up their mess afterwards. After a disappointing experience with a different HVAC company, my experience with the LEE company was such a joy and refreshment. From start to finish it was the most painless and effortless contractor work we ever had done on our home. I will definitely be using them again.

I called when I discovered the leaky water heater and a Lee estimater was at my house in about an hour. After I gave the go ahead, the work was completed 2 or 3 hours after that. The next morning I smelled gas so I called Lee back. They were at my house within a couple of hours after I made the call and discovered that the existing gas inlet to the water heater had cracked (no fault of Lee Company) and had to be replaced. The resulting repair was then completed in 15 to 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the quick response.

I live in a newly constructed house and have 3 toilets. The powder room toilet all-of-a sudden wouldn't flush properly, specifically it wouldn't drain the bowl and refill normally. The other two toilets were not affected. I waited a couple of days to see if it would fix itself, it did not, so I looked on Angie's list for a highly-recommended plumber and called Lee. Not only were they highly recommended by others on Angie's List, I had used their electrical team for some lighting fixture installation in the past, so I trusted the experience would be a good one. When I called, I was surprised to get a same-day appointment. Whilst I was eating my lunch, Jeremy at Lee called to ask if it were ok if the plumber came now instead of when scheduled. I said yes. The plumber who came was Jessie. He arrived at the specified (new) time and wore little booties on his shoes. He looked at the toilet, flushed it and saw the problem. He provided me two estimates - one for just augering the toilet and one in case he had to remove the toilet to get deep into the pipes. He brought his auger in and solved the problem. Somebody put something, unknown what, down that shouldn't have gone down. Jessie flushed the toilet numerous times with and without toilet tissue to ensure that it was, indeed, fixed. Jessie was here less than 15 minutes. The only downside is how much it cost, I didn't realize how much plumbing service calls had gone up since the last time I needed one. I am sure I probably could have shopped around, but probably wouldn't have found it for too much less. I am satisfied with Lee and will use them again.

Tech arrived to perform tune up. I told him that at the end of last season the up stairs a/c did not seem to cool effectively. He checked it out and said the system seemed to be running well. This was on a 55 degree day with no real need to run the a/c. A few days later, it was actually quite warm and it was time to turn the a/c on for the first time this year. Upstairs did not cool. I called to report this and it took Lee two more follow up visits before it was corrected. One visit was a no-show, and when I contacted the manager he was very apologetic and gave us a complementary tune-up service for a forthcoming time. Overall, I think this was somewhat circumstantial and I know the Tech was very frustrated by not being able to resolve the issue initially. Lee understood my frustration too and I truly believe they wanted to make things right. I have used them in the past and I really have confidence in their service people. I will continue to use them but will continue to closely monitor my future experiences.

I was pleased. They're very detail-oriented, with the slips over their shoes so they don't get the house dirty. We've used them for probably four years now. We even had them put a roof on for us, and we're very happy with the roofing. I've just been thoroughly impressed with them. They make sure that everything is to your satisfaction; offering things without being pushy.

It's a big company, they have so many vehicles that they have their own maintenance department. I thought they did a pretty good job, all the people seem to be friendly. It's not like some plumbers you get that are unprofessional, they all seem professional. Usually their price is a little bit high.

Service was prompt and tech showed up on time. Estimate seemed high for the level of effort, however we approved the estimate and work commenced. Within 90 minutes the tech had made the repairs to stop the leak. Next came the water pressure and volume check. 70 pounds, and dropped to 40 when opening an outside faucet. Tech did not know what could be causing the problem and escalated to the field manager who came by to diagnose the problem. The field manager was not able to determine the problem and suggested I contact the water company and have them validate pressure and volume out of the meter. We did this and there was 110 lbs of pressure and plenty of volume out of the meter. I will give Lee Co. credit for reducing the estimate by $100 due to the fact that it did not take as long as they thought to fix the leak, however $550 seems excessive for 90-minutes of work, a $40 regulator and a couple of connectors. I don't mind paying top dollar for top work, however I still have the volume problem. These are the two reasons why I will likely not be calling on Lee in the future. 13-May-11 Update The plumbing services manager (David J.) got engaged to find out what was the root cause behind the volume problem. He showed up with a tech and after +2 hours of various tests determined the root cause of the problem. This was done at no charge. Also, with regards to what I though was a reasonable rate for a licensed plumber, let's just leave as my number was low. $125 /hr seems to be a good budgetary number. Based on that reality, Lee's price was spot on with a reasonable profit. Bottom line - David took ownership of the problem and stuck with it until it was figured out. That does not happen often enough nowadays, and is what set's good and bad company's apart IMHO. Additionally, David offered to credit the entire invoice amount, and take 20% off the cost of the needed repair. That in my book in A1 service, and why Lee will get our business in the future.

I called the Lee Company after all the great replies about them on Angie's list. We had an AC unit that was not blowing out super cold air. They came out a few days after i called and they turned up on time. They even tired to get in the night before but I was having to work so I was unable to let them in. They sent out the repair guy and he went right to work. He opened up the unit, tuned it up and added a bunch of freon. It works like a charm now. When I went to pay by check, the worker asked if I had the coupon which was availabe online that would save me the 79 dollar call charge. That was really cool! We were so happy with the savings!

I would recommend them. They charged me on a yearly basis. It ended last year and they had been doing that for at least 5 years or maybe longer. They were always professional. They always did a good job. The people were friendly. My wife felt okay with them.

It's more expensive because I have two units. I don't have any complaints. They come out and check it then go away for 6 months.

They were referred to me by a friend. It is a large company. They did a good job. Their prices are a little high but their quality of work is good.

We have a technician with Lee that we have dealt with for many years. We have found him to be very honest and reliable. He is willing to give you his professional opinion when you ask him for it, but he never uses high pressure and is not always trying to sell you something. Last year when our old heat and air unit stopped blowing warm air, we decided to replace the unit to a more efficient unit and to take advantage of the$1,500 tax rebate. I wanted Lee to do the work because I've learned to trust them and knew the work would be done right. The price they gave us was reasonable and the American Standard unit they installed has been much quieter and cheaper to operate than the older unit.

I set up an appointment with Lee Company to do electrical work around the house, including installing some light fixtures, a door bell and a few other things. About an hour after the appointment time, they called and said instead of sending someone to do the work, they wanted to send someone to do a free estimate and that the work would have to be done another time. I took time off from work to be home for their appointment. They said they didn't have anyone available and that due to the amount of the work, it would probably take two people working all day. That is not what they said when I initially called. I described exactly what I wanted done when I called to make the appointment and they scheduled the appointment based on that. They asked if they could do anything to accommodate me, but I don't have time to work with a company that can't be reliable on the most basic level.

Overall experience was great. Pleased with the price since it was on a weekend.

They trouble shot the plumbing problem for me and I had tried to fix it myself, but I couldn?t figure out the problem. They do heating, air conditioning work, plumbing and other types of maintenance repairs. I chose them based on the reviews I read about them online. My overall experience with them was very good considering the amount of work they did and also for the cost as well as the benefit that I got. I bought a new heating and air conditioning system from them. They took the old one away and then installed the new system. They were very friendly. Their salesperson was very helpful in picking a system for me which was a specialty product. I liked the quality of their service as well. They didn?t communicate properly as to when they would come to install it. They basically gave me a day?s time to come out. They also told me that they would come before midnight and would take about 6 hours to install the system. It was really bizarre. They arrived at my house at 9 o?clock in the night and took 6 hours to get the job done. They said that they were really packed and busy. They said that they had a lot of work since it was getting warmer and people were reporting them with a lot of problems. I was up till they were done. They could have rescheduled it for another day rather than waiting for so long. The salesperson told me that they would be here by 5 or 6 and they arrived by 9. I would use their services in the future too.

I will never call on the Lee Company again for any services!!!
