They guy was very good and adamant about doing the job right. Overall, it was a good experience. He was on time and did good job.

They always have been really good. What stands out is that they are always considerate of your house. They explain to you what is wrong with your unit. Everything was documented. We like them a lot.

The repair was done perfectly and looks great. Next time, I may get a quote from a different plumber on this type of repair. Usually Lee & Co. has been very reasonable on prices and are always quick to schedule an appointment. This one repair just ran higher than normal. However, after posting this review, they followed up with me by phone and agreed to adjust the cost by 20%.

Lee set a time with us, showed up when they said they would, found the problem, fix just what was wrong and didn't try to up sale on un needed repairs. They where on time and professional.

Our dogs got into our basement and destroyed about 15 feet of flex duct work connecting to the AC. I called Lee company, and they scheduled a tech to come out from 4-6 that evening. No one ever came, then I got a call at 10:15 (I was in bed) asking if I wanted someone to come by. I said no and went to sleep.The next day I called them back and scheduled another appointment for a tech to come to the house, since they made the effort to recover from the previous day's missed appointment. This time, they came and looked at the damage. It took a total of 5 minutes to assess what needed to be done, and I still got charged 80 bucks for the visit.Later that day they called back with an estimate of 500 bucks. They let me write 3 post dated checks to pay via installments instead of all up front, which was nice.It was a bit shaky at first, but overall a job well done.

Their price was competitive and I liked them. They came when they said they would and they finished the work on time. They knew what they were doing and did the work well. They cleaned up everything when they left and it looked good and worked very nicely. I would recommend them to others. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

He did a great job. I don't really have anything else to say. If you do a good job that is all that matters to me.

They came out on a weekend to do the job. They were excellent. They were a little pricey, but they were prompt and did good work.

Technician came out on Monday to evaluate and estimate services needed. Very knowledgeable and explained how our initial thought of moving an outlet from the bedroom would not work, but determined another line could be installed. Needed assistant to crawl under house who was not available until Tuesday. Arrived at promised time the next day and had the work done within an hour. Also provided lots of helpful tips regarding other issues with the house, including pointing out water under the house and explaining how to cap a gas line that powered the former gas stove if we wanted to do it ourselves. Also provided good information regarding safe usage of the new stove and fire prevention methods. Technicians were very friendly, very experienced, and very professional. Kept everything very clean.

They also do the winterizing of our heat pump. The experience was excellent. They are honest and reliable.

They are pretty dependable.

The job they did was fine. Their work was ok. I would use them again in the future.

They did a good job. They are expensive. Their price of maintenance is more than other companies. I felt good entrusting such an expensive project into their hands.

I think they are very expensive but they do good work.

I have been using Lee Company for a variety of services for over 5 years. They have been exceptionally accommodating especially in emergencies. The technicians have all been professional, punctual and helpful. I was having trouble with a light switch in the kitchen just before the New Year's weekend. I called Lee Company and they sent a technician immediately. He discovered where the problem was and also there were outlets also affected. They were fixed. The technician even helped me replace a few outdoor lights that were a part of the problem. As usual, Lee Company was prompt, accommodating, thorough and professional.

Accessed Angies list to source a service company to address my issue. Lee had such great reviews i decided to call them. they came within one hour after i called and fixed the issue that day.

We had a horrible experience at first. They had subcontracts do our bathroom remodel who did a terrible job. They stayed with us, however, and got new contractors for us. The areas that were done improperly were fixed. They have been very responsive and stand behind their work.

My hot water stopped working on the first day of the new year. WIth it being New Year's I didn't know who would be available, so I called around and Lee Company was the only one where a live person answered. A representative came out to the house that same day. It didn't take him long to determine the cause and explained it to me along with the options to fix it. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The current tank was on something like year 12 so I opted to have it replaced. They came back out to the house that evening after supper and replaced it. Their install was very tidy, they followed the current building codes, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely do business with them again (though hopefully not anytime soon if you know what I mean).

They have been great and I haven't had any problems. He just charged me for the service call instead of any labor at the last visit, which was very nice of him. They have a home and commercial division. They are very good. When I used them for plumbing it cost me quite a bit of money but they were extremely courteous and took great care not to make a mess in my house. They were very professional and I appreciated that. I would absolutely use them again.

Really no story to tell. They came on time and stay till after dark to get the job done in one day.

I like it that they were very quick to respond, which was important because we had no water. They also were very easy to deal with and came to service us within a few hours. The only thing I dislike is that they are kind of pricey but it was worth it because we were in an emergency situation. I will use them again in the future.

This was the second time we used Lee Company. The first involved an air/conditioner, and the technician was very helpful. The electrical work was also excellent.

I contacted Lee company on Oct 5, 2011. Specifically, I talked with Justin Liner about installing the water line and plumbing in the house I am building for myself. He was courteous and sounded very interested in my project. I emailed him a copy of my plans on Oct 6, 2011. To this day, Nov 10, 2011 I still have not heard back from him. I emailed him again on Oct. 12th to ask if he received them and still nothing. I have had other experiences with this company when working on my mother's house in Nashville. Their prices are usually through the roof but the work they have done has been good. UPDATE---- I talked with Rob Stader to let him know about the posting on Angie's list that same day. Rob was very professional and apologetic about the incident. Rob explained the way that their system worked and why my call fell between the cracks. Rob and I have agreed to let his team come out and bid other projects such as electrical and HVAC. I am impressed with their ability to make things right and look forward to their bid on my other projects. "A" for professionalism!!

Some other contractor advised that my air conditioning unit required some major work to be done on it, so I contacted them for another opinion. They were very helpful and told me that I didn’t have the work to be done. I have used them in the past and have been very pleased with them. They provide good service and do a good job. I will continue to use them in future.
