The services overall that they perform are good.

I've had an excellent experience. It's a good value, they provide excellent service, and have good response time.

They provided satisfactory work. They were prompt and courteous. They seemed to know their business. I would recommend them to others. The price seemed okay, but I didn't have a chance to compare them with others.

It went very well. The technician was professional and personable. This was my first experience with Lee Company and it was a good first impression.

The installation was incorrect. The supervisor came out immediately. He found the error and fixed it. Later that day, he sent out someone from the company and he was told to start at the beginning and check the whole thing out. Everything was correct and all was well! He sent out someone else afterwards to check for this as well. Everything was still fine! I would highly recommend this company to other members. They guarantee their work.

It went very well. However, the cost of doing an additional repair on our bathtub faucet was prohibitively expensive and I would have also had to hire an additional person to replace the dry wall behind the faucet that needed to be removed to get the faucet out. Therefore, we hired an independent plumber to do that work at half the price and who replaced the drywall himself.

Lee is good. They always professional. They're a little higher but they get the job done. If they don't, they come back.

The gentleman was very friendly, informative, and professional. It was Memorial Day Sunday, so it was really nice of them to come on the holiday weekend and help us out. They did not charge us extra for coming out on the weekend, However, the price was extremely expensive. When he told us that we needed a new evaporator coil, he gave us an estimate of almost $1,000 to replace it! The inspection of the unit, repair of the outdoor leak, and the freon refilling was also extremely expensive. We called other HVAC companies - one company gave us a quote of $800 to replace the coil. Another company, the one who originally installed the HVAC unit, gave us a quote of $250. Obviously, we decided to go with the company who first installed the HVAC unit. Lee Company called to follow-up with us about installing the coil. When I told the man from Lee we decided to go with another company because of pricing, he offered to lower the price for us. Lee Company was very professional and did high-quality work, but the overpricing makes me hesitate against using them again for my HVAC needs.

It was a new unit so it wasn't cheap, but in the winter time with no heat, it was worth it.

Tech was almost on time, 5 minutes later than the time he said he would arrive. My air conditioning unit had not been performing as well as it should so the tech cleaned and checked the system out. My only complaint is the tech seemed more concerned to make small talk instead of doing the work. I have used Lee twice before and this is the first time I have felt that I wish another tech had done the work. His mind did not seem to be in the game. Maybe this is so routine for the tech it is old hat, but my feelings were something could have been overlooked.

They do exactly what they say. They have wonderful employees and they even know me by name. The plan comes with the maintenance services for the a/c and furnace unit and they check it twice a year. They come on time when they say they will and offer 24/7 service. They once even replaced my air cconditioning unit at 2am. They even give you a discount if you sign up with their maintenance program with them. They stand behind their work. They are probably the best company that I have ever worked with!

It went well overall. The estimator could not make original appointment and had to reschedule.

. . On the day the water heater was installed, the two service providers arrived at the time arranged. They worked non-stop, removing the old heater, installing the new one, and cleaning up any debris. It took them about two hours, after which they explained how the new water heater works. They were friendly, professional, and they left the basement looking better than it did when they came.

They are just excellent! I actually found out about them through word of mouth and anytime I have an issue, they are my first call. They are very professional, efficient, honest and don't try to up-sell you when the job is done.

We had known for some time that problems were developing in the electric panel. We knew we had loose breakers, flickering lights, brown outs and lamps that burned out too quickly. After looking on Angie's List for other service providers, and having positive experience each time, we looked for Electricians. We wanted the work done properly this time. I was able to make an appointment online, on a Saturday evening. We received a call Sunday to get more information as to what problem we had. If it had been an emergency situation, someone could come immediately. Since we only needed an estimate, an appointment was made for Tuesday morning. We were given a thorough explanation of the work needed, time involved, etc. The price seemed high, which we mentioned. The estimator chuckled and said we could probable get it done cheaper, but not as well. We contracted with him immediately, and the appointment was set for the work to be done on that next Thursday. The workmen arrived at the stated time, were efficient and kept us informed if any problem arose. None did. The two men who did the work cleaned up after themselves, repaired a small section of dry wall and left within the time frame. My husband and I could not have been more pleased. We will certainly recommend the Lee Company to anyone needing electrical work done.

I thought that they quote was a little high, so I called another company to get another quote. For the same exact project, the other companies quote was 2500 dollars cheaper. I thought they were very over priced.

Some of the painters and people in construction I wouldn't necessarily recommend. This could be because they sent out their less-qualified people due to it being a fix-up job. They were sloppy on a lot of their work and I'm not even that picky. It was a bit ridiculous the way they tried to leave some of the stuff. They left a protrusion in the wall initially and the first person there said it couldn't be done in any other way, however when I requested they fix it, the other guy did end up fixing it properly. They also had to come out to redo a section of wall paneling where the seam was in the wrong place and splitting visibly. I was dissapointed that I had to complain to get everything done right and had to miss work to be there while they addressed all these problems. They should have done most of this stuff right the first time.

I went home one night to find no power in one of my rooms. I called around and ended up getting in touch with Lee Company. Their on call guy didn't want to make the trip out and tried to walk me through some things with me over the phone...none of which worked. At that point, he said he couldn't get to my house until 9:30pm. Frustrated, I told him never mind. I never got the power back on and called back the next day to have someone come out that afternoon. The girl that answered said they couldn't get anyone out that day. When I explained what happened the night before, she found someone to come out. The repairman was nice and did all he could to fix the problem. When they had to come out again to re-fix it, they charged me considerably less. The 2nd guy explained what had happened and why the first fix didn't work.I'm sure I could have gotten the work done cheaper, and I'm still a little miffed at the first guy not wanting to make the long haul to my house. But by the end of it all, I was happy with the work that was done.

I really like them. The only thing I don’t like is they are very expensive, but I like their service a lot. They were the most expensive estimate of all the people I had for a house project. They are mostly very good about being responsible, but sometimes they leave trash. I had an experience with the plumbing for the air conditioning and all that coming from outdoors to the inside of the house. They left a lot of leftover behind them. They did not clean, but that was the only time. They were not very good behind cleaning the work and some other times they were good.

It was excellent. There were no problems and would recommend them.

Really pleased with the quality of the door and the quality of the work. Plan to have them install all new windows in the fall.

They have particularly nice technicians that tell me what I need and don’t tell me what I don’t need.

I absolutely love having a one-stop shopping experience for this type of work. Every time I call the folks at Lee Company they are always quick and efficient. The work is done right the first time. Before using them I also checked with someone at work whom I knew had needed work done on her own home. She had used Lee Company as well and had a good experience. The windows are not yet installed but they sent a couple of people out to measure and then to recheck everything ahead of time which I think is great. The gas line for a fire pit was installed quickly. Even when I realized I would have to have the line moved a second time (our own fault), they came out quickly to get the job done. The electrical work on our exterior lighting was done in one day and I love it. These folks are just efficient!! They took care of purchasing our exterior shutters and getting them installed. One uniquely sized shutter had to be ordered. They took care of that and came back out to install as soon as it was in without my having to follow up . I've seen a couple of notes about their pricing but my thought is that you often get what you pay for in this business. I feel that their pricing is reasonable.

They are very reliable and are a little pricey but I feel they are worth it. They are on call 24 hours a day and their service is excellent. They are a huge company and I would highly recommend them.
