Extremely satisfied with the professionalism of Senior Project Manager, Randy Howeth and the high quality of work performed by the HVAC Installers, Shane Johnson & Josh. Mr. Howeth fulfilled and exceeded my expectations in quoting this job and accurately assessing the scope of the work required. Additionally, on the day of the install, Mr. Howeth was there to insure a smooth & successfull start of this HVAC replacement project and when minor material problems were encountered he rolled up his sleeves and obtained the additional materials locally needed to insure this new HVAC system could be successfully installed in the 1 day time frame. The installers, Shane & Josh were awesome! They were very professional, hard working, and knowledgable. I can be a difficult customer to please and they tolerated very well having me underfoot during the whole process asking questions and getting in the way at times and not once did they get annoyed at me "watching over their shoulders"! As I observed, they worked extremely well together as team and were so dedicated & committed to the install they never even bothered to stop for lunch, working continuously from start to finish! Shane made sure before leaving that I understood how to operate the new digital Honeywell Thermostat and was completely satisfied with the installation. In addition, he addressed my concern about the main return air grill in my hallway that was humming from air flow vibration as the HVAC new system has improved air flow and so he is having it replaced with a louver design to prevent this anomaly without any additional cost. Very rare these days to find such dedication and commitment to the customer to insure complete satisfaction! The Lee Company, from my recent install experience, appears to run a tight ship as I witnessed with my project as they had all the bases covered. I was very pleased with how respectful they were of my home and property, taking great pains to not to cause any damage to floors & walls as they made numerous trips in and out of my home to access the attic while installing the Air Handler, Evaporator and Furnace sections of this split system. They insured when the job was done, my home & yard was completely cleaned up and they even picked the limbs from a large bush I had cut to give them access to where the Condenser was placed that was not their responsibility. I commend them on having the old HVAC system picked up and recycled. The install process from start to finish ran like a "well oiled" machine and I could have not been more pleased.

The installing crew were both professional and in/out in 2 hours cleaning their site. My only negative is that they didn't remind me to turn on hot water outflows (e.g. faucets) for 30 seconds each to release air in the lines - necessary but simple.

Everything went well. Problem was found and part replacement was successful. Everything is operating well now.

They are very nice. They are respectful and put on footies. They will write up estimates for you. They will let you know about other problems they see. They are very helpful and timeful. They call you the night before to confirm the apopintment, and the technician calls thirty minutes before to make sure you are home.

They were friendly, go along with the job and clean. They were great. There was a mixed up on the time when they said they will come over at 12 but they came in 9 in the morning which was lucky that we were there and everything of that. There was a mixed communication with the time but at least I think its fine that they came early than not coming at all.

The quality of work was excellent. They explained the process and they weren’t pushy. They didn’t push me because I had got bids from some of the others, and I took my time. They were polite and on time. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions I guess to the best at the time. They were right in the middle with regard to price.

It went very well. I liked how they didn't want any payment until all the work was done and that I was totally satisfied. I worked, so I left the key under the mat each day and they locked up when they left. They came when they said they would be there and called with a status before they left. When they left each day there was no mess. While they were painting and repairing my valuted ceiling they even cleaned my ceiling fan (which I hadn't reached for years) which I couldn't reach even with a ladder! The only incident we had was when they did the power washing. It took a toll on some of my screens and Lee Co had them replaced and installed at no charge to me. I would definately use them again as I continue with my home "makeover".

I used the Lee company on Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro. I had issues with power surges and I had researched this on the internet. It seemed to me it would be my main breaker box and that the cost for replacement would run about 2k. So when i called I already had an idea about what the problem was. I also called the electric company and they showed up at the same time. This worked out great as the electric company had to shut off the power and return to turn it on. They went over everything, and had a look at my main breaker box but it looked good, when everything else didn't seem to be a the cause they pulled a breaker from the box. It was lightly singed and that was the problem. So new breaker box and breakers, problem solved and under budget as per the internet. I wish I could remember the guys name as he was the best. He kept me informed and was great to have in my house.

After buying a washer and dryer, we discovered the electrical cord for the dryer wouldn't reach the outlet on the floor. The units are in a closet and they have to be stacked. We have not needed electrical work and didn't know who to call. One of my husband's coworkers recommended Lee Company. I called Lee Company Wednesday afternoon and explained what I needed. The lady I spoke with was polite and professional. She asked how soon I needed someone to come out. I requested for someone to come the next day. She asked for a time frame and told me I would receive a call when the electrician was on his way. I received a call around 11 am Thursday morning, notifying me the electrician would be here in about thirty minutes. He arrived about 11:30. Aaron introduced himself and I showed him the area and explained what we needed. He asked me a few questions, gave me a reasonable estimate and said he could replace and move the outlet while he was here. I gave him permission to do the work. He did the job well and cleaned up after the work was finished. Aaron was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. If we have any electrical issues in the future, we will definitely call them again.

Our smoke detectors have been causing problems, chirping and going off for seemingly no reason. When they went off at 3 am one night, we called Lee. Actually we first called Chambers Electric in Smyrna because we had used them before. But when they didn't return our call, we checked Angie's List and called Lee. An appointment was scheduled about 24 hours later. Electrician Aaron (I think) called ahead and arrived as scheduled. All smoke detectors needed to be replaced. He was able to take care of it that day and gave us a sale price that we hadn't expected, a savings of about $100. He replaced 9 hard wire and battery back-up detectors and we haven't had any problems over the last 3 days so we're hopeful there will be no more problems for a while. The detectors have a 5-year warranty and Aaron told us Lee provides a lifetime warranty on the electrical work. No mess was left behind when the job was done.

I have mixed feelings about them. They do all right work and they come when they say they are going to come, however, I feel like the system shouldn't have the problems it has had for it being so new.

On a night in mid-August my 11 yr old Rheem heat pump/air conditioner started making a disturbing noise that I knew was very wrong. The a/c was still blowing cool air into the house but I knew that the noise was very abnormal and I feared that if I ignored the noise and continued to run the a/c the cost of my repair may get much bigger. I checked Angie's list for heat & a/c repair services. I found out that Lee's takes calls at all hours of the night and Angie's List customer reviews seemed consistently positive. I was able to schedule my service visit to arrive early the next day that night instead of waking up early the next day to make the call. Being able to make the call at night when the problem materialized was very convenient to me. My serviceman arrived promptly in the morning as scheduled. My heat pump required a fan replacement. He did not have my specific fan on his truck and had to leave for a short while to obtain the correct part. While he was servicing my heat pump and with my permission he replaced my dual run capacitor with a real OEM original instead of the cheaper capacitor I had replaced by myself a couple of years earlier. The capacitor had not failed, but I saw replacing it before failure as kind of like changing out a working light bulb after a few years service with a new young bulb instead of waiting for the old one to die. A part of my final bill was agreeing to a semiannual maintenance plan. I agreed to the plan because my heat pump is more than 10 yrs old and I liked the serviceman's honesty, promptness and work quality. My a/c is very quiet now. I don't remember it ever being this quiet before, but I suppose that perhaps it got a little noisier bit by bit and it all seemed to be business a** usual until the big day when the fan finally required replacement. I'm satisfied.

I called Lee Company after 5pm on a Wednesday afternoon and a Project Manager was at my house by 8:00 the next morning, which was very much appreciated considering my old HVAC unit wasn't working at all (in 90-degree weather). I knew I needed to replace my 16-year-old system, but I was also interested in discussing long-term comfort solutions. The PM listened carefully to my needs, and after performing an inspection of the house, the old HVAC unit components, and the duct work in the attic, offered his recommendation to my "hot in the summer, cold in the winter" problem. Because of the layout of my house, which includes vaulted ceilings, and its position to the sun, the main living areas of the house tended to be several degrees warmer than the always-shaded location of the thermostat. The PM recommended adding a 3rd return near the ceiling of the living room, adding a 3rd vent to that room, and moving the thermostat to be under the new return in the living room. He said that the existing duct work was adequate. I had already researched what brands of system I was interested in, and felt a small amount of pressure from the PM to buy a different brand than I wanted, but nothing excessive. As I reviewed my notes later in the morning, I realized I had some additional questions, and he promptly returned my phone call and answered those questions. If I'd made the decision to go with Lee that morning, I probably would have been able to have the work performed the following day (Friday). I did not finish getting quotes from other companies until later that day, though, so the earliest availability was Saturday (at no additional charge). The work crew was a 2-person team who arrived about 8:15 Saturday morning. I showed them around, and we discussed all of the work that was going to be performed that day. They said they'd be coming in and out all day, and so recommended that I put away my pets for safety purposes. First thing, they put plastic down on the carpet. They were extremely focused and hard workers, not even taking breaks that I could tell except for their relatively brief lunch break. I did ask questions throughout the day, but it didn't seem as though they were bothered by them, and I felt very well informed about their process and progress. Before they went over the paperwork with me, they did a great job of cleaning up dust/debris that had accumulated during the course of the day. The work was finished around 6pm that evening. My house has been very comfortable since the installation. There haven't been any 90+ degree days since then, so I haven't been able to test it in the worst conditions yet, but I expect that the proposed and implemented solutions really will solve my comfort problems long-term. My complaints are very minor:- They didn't offer to put anything on my hardwood floors for protection, so I ended up providing blankets/towels myself.- During all of the coming and going, the weather stripping on the bottom of my front door came partially detatched. Neither worker mentioned it, so they either didn't notice or hoped I hadn't (I didn't say anything to them - my fault).- The new vent added in the living room doesn't match the size of the 2 existing vents. Not a huge deal, because I'm a "comfort over style" kind of a person, but this might be more of an issue for others.- The PM told me that the work crew would go over a checklist with me at the completion of the job. When the crew asked me to sign the paperwork, agreeing that everything had been done to my satisfaction, I asked about the checklist. His reply was, "I ran out of those yesterday, but we did everything, you can trust me". Because of my personality, this was the most troubling thing for me during the whole process.- One of the men went upstairs to the attic with me to show me the new filter system attached to the unit, so I could replace the filter myself if ever necessary. When we got upstairs, the unit was buzzing with a rather loud rattle. It's happened once in the week since then, loud enough that I could hear it in the living room downstairs. If it continues, I will have them come back out to check it, and I'm convinced it will be corrected to my satisfaction.

I actually specifically signed up for the above mentioned A/C service check-up and will be visiting Angie's List for more highly rated companies to utilize. Very nice to know a soldier returning from an overseas deployment can trust Angie's List and fellow subscribers!

They came out right on Labor Day so I appreciated them coming out on that day. They were easy to reach. They were high priced but the circumstance was that it was a holiday so it was understandable.

They were always available. I something happen and I will call them they will come right away. They were professional.

Scheduled day in advance, tech was neat, polite, knowledgable, on time. The capacitor had blown on our cooling unit, which he replaced. Seemed pricey, but he was also selling the 'tune up' package, 3 visits for $129, which would have gotten me a discount on the parts. Was there total of about an hour, only checked why air not cooling, and replaced the capacitor, and left. Been working fine since, even with 100+ temps Coupon for service call online expired 5/31, wouldn't honor, even though I printed same day. Think it was $25 off. .I'd use them again, as Saturday tech calls are hard to find at normal rates.

They always confirm the appointment ahead of time. They are punctual, professional, and efficient.
