I had a good experience with them. They showed up when they were supposed to. They found the problem and fixed it. They were very professional. I was pleased. They took care of the problem.

Did a professional job, explained how they determined there was no water damage, explained why the problem developed, and applied caulk that should prevent it from redeveloping.

They are fine. They are a little pricey and that is the only thing, the work that they do is good. They do great work, it is just that you are probably going to pay 10% or higher for their services. Their repairs were higher than other companies that I had checked. They wanted to repair something on the heating and AC, and it would cost me $1600, so I told them it would just have to wait. They are very good, their people are very professional, and they are very helpful, but they always make recommendations which I think every company does. They have done work in the past which is expensive, but I have never had to have the work redone. We have never had a problem with them not showing, and they have been very good at keeping in touch. If they are getting late, they will call and let us know.

I didn’t get through Angie’s List to get them; we’ve had them since we bought our house. We haven’t had any other issues.

UPDATE! Lee Co. has totally recovered my faith in them!! They took ownership of dropping the ball and got with me immediately. They have totally made right the situation and have stood by their work. We all mess up...it's all about how you recover. And they went the extra mile to make sure they regained my trust. I will use them from now on! Excellent job by Lee I bought an old house where Lee Co. recently installed a new furnace. It was installed poorly so I contacted them to come out and let me know how much it would be to re-do it right. They came out and talked with me and then I never heard a peep from them again. I made one follow up call.

Our house is 19 years old and the original windows were cheap medal framed builder grade windows. The seals had broken on some of them and they tended to leak. We started looking to replace the glass and then decided we might want to replace the windows. This is something totally out of our knowledge bank. We have had houses for over 30 years but never replaced windows. We looked on Angie's List for some contractors and contacted three. What we found out in replacement windows is that there are a lot of extras, such as removing replacing existing blinds, color of frame, double hung vs. single hung, haul away of the old windows, repair of damage to the opening caused by water etc. There is also a lot of different types of window glass and how it keeps sun and heat out of the house. This made pricing window replacement challenging, to say the least. The big issue to us was to have good windows installed properly. The installation was a key. Lee offered the best solution. They gave us a one price quote which included everything above, introduced their installer to us before we made a decision and to me, seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the windows. Most window companies are franchises and can use third party crews. You might get a good one or maybe not. Bill Wilson of Lee introduced us to Lou who has worked for Lee as an independent contractor for the last 6 years. Most of his crew has been with him at least this long. They made us comfortable. They showed up on time and removed and installed all 20 of our windows in about 8 hours. Window installation is quite invasive of your home, but these guys made it work. They did a great job and probably left the house cleaner than it was when they started. There were two pieces of drywall that got damaged during the process( probably not their fault due to shoddy construction) but Lee has sent a drywall man out to repair the damage. One can not ask for more than this. Price may have been slightly higher than other two companies we contacted, but the overall quality of the windows( Seaway brand), installation and service were all in Lee's favor. If you are looking to replace windows, give Bill Wilson a call.

We've used Lee before and have always been pleased with the quality work, professionalism and knowledge. The service man was on time and spent a couple of hours with his work. After he left, we received a call from Lee Company asking how our appointment went and if we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend this company.

They were fine. They were really helpful. They responded quickly. It was the first time they came out. They were on time. We did not have any problem after that, and they were able to get us in just like that. We actually signed up for their monthly service.

It was good. I don't mean that bad or wrong but he was weird, a little odd. I think the price was average and I don't really have anything to compare it to at that time.

Great. Took the technician about 1.5 hours to check both systems. No issues were found. He gave us a complete report and the cost was covered by our 5-year service contract.

My experience with them were okay but we will not use them again. They were pricey and a little misleading on their maintenance contract. We have used them 4 or 5 years ago.

I have used Lee in the past. They are a very good company for household stuff. Regarding price, I think they are a little too high as I think they could be less. Their quality, punctuality and professionalism are good. They are good about responsiveness.

This is routine preventive maintenance so they just booked months in advance. We haven't had any repairs done by them. They do two visits per year for hundred dollars.

They missed the appointment and did not come when they were supposed to. So, I did not do anything with them. They were coming to evaluate the work, but they did not even show up for that.

They have been good. I have used them for years. They are accessible. They arrive when they say they are going to. The work has been quality. I got no complaints. I have a contact with them and they come twice a year. They service my heating and air unit so that’s probably a couple of months ago. The cost of service is reasonable. There is one time that they were unable to diagnosed and fixed the problem.

He did really well. He was able to do it all in a day. He got it done in a timely manner. He did some good stuff. With regard to punctuality, he came when he said he would.

They were very courteous, their scheduling was very easy, and their service people were very professional.

It was a warranty repair so they did not charge anything. Their service is prompt and I have had good experience with them so I keep going back to them.

We pay them the routine fee but every time they come they try to sell us a very expensive upgrade. They tell us we have a major problem and that we should spend thousands of dollars changing things. It's been our experience every year. In fact, I have another insurance policy for household maintenance and before we do anything with Lee we have those people out and they tell us, no, things are fine. They do come out when we have a problem.
