They did an excellent job and were very professional. I have used them for 22 years with regards to my heating and cooling, and have always been treated with respect. They arrive on time, and always call before they come. Their work is very professional.

Lee Company strives to meet the needs of their clients. They have excellent customer service and they have employees who are skilled within each specialty, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair. They will make recommendations and give you specific costs before completing the work.

They are good. We are actually on their monthly service contract which means we pay a monthly fee which gives priority on a service call plus a discount and they do come and do work. Within a month of being here, we had to have a whole new sewer connection. They will not be the least expensive but if there is a problem, I can call them and they send someone to fix it. Its just been a real good experience. They actually said they can do anything in your house that needs doing. They are very convenient, there's never a question about them coming and they call within a window and call when they are thirty minutes away.

I bought a maintenance plan at a cost of $149. They were also prompt and timely.

I would say on a 1-10 scale, I'd give them a 7 or 8. I wouldn't give Lee any A's at all. They've had their ups and downs over the years. We've had a million problems with them on and off. Sometimes they got guys that work for them that are really good. Unfortunately, those guys often don't stay around. I wish I had a great company I could recommend to you, I don't, but they're better than most of the slaughters out there I can tell you.

When they say they are going to be there, they are prompt and on time. They had this work done way before they said. I was expecting them to be here til 3 and they were done by ne O'clock Their price was very competitive.

On time, professional, knowledgeable. Spent 2 hours doing 'routine service check', that is, he was very thorough (much more thorough than the last guy, from a different company). No surprises, no gimmicks. He found a couple of things I wanted to get fixed, so I paid extra for those items. My A/C is getting old, but no sales pressure to replace the system, he just did what was necessary to keep the system running as long as possible. I will use Lee Company in the future for A/C and probably for other systems as well.

Provider came out and did a great job inspecting, servicing, and cleaning my A/C unit. When they come out, be prepared for a hard sell for yearly contracts on A/C, plumbing, electrical, and heating inspection contracts.

I just had residential AC maintenance performed by Lee Company. Throughout the entire process, Lee Company's technician was helpful, knowledgeable, conscientious, on time, and honest. I can't tell you how much I appreciate these rare qualities in a home service company. I am 100% confident that this compnay will do the right thing and in the right way. I will continue to use Lee Company for all my AC services and definitely recommend them.

I am waiting on another bid for replacing the unit before I select a provider.

All went according to plan. We were assigned a foreman (contact person) who went through the whole process with us and completed the work on time.

I believe that because I did not buy their annual "maintenance plan" (first question the office asked when I called), I was put in the back of the priority/interest list. I have had Lee Company do other work in prior years and the technicians have always been excellent. My real dissatisfaction is the requirement or premise that you have to be a "maintenance-plan member" in order to schedule services with Lee. As a consumer, this came across as the same "maintenance plan" rip-off every other retailer offers; or, just another way to skim commissions for the sales people. [I posted this because Angie's List keeps posting a request for a review at EVERY log-in. Otherwise, I would have just skipped Lee Company the next time I needed service.]

We have used Lee company for 12 years for A/C & heat, electrical & plumbing work. They always show up on time, call before they come & do a good job with professionalism. We appreciate the shoe covers they put on when in the house. Our only complaint would be they are in our opinion very expensive so if you are looking for a budget job this isn't the company to call.

The technician was great and professional.

Their estimate was comparable to others. They did a good job with the installation. Scheduling was good and we have found our heating and cooling costs have gone down.

Tommy informed me that Lee Company also performs plumbing, electrical, and other vital assorted services. With the service package, there are benefits for semi-annual tune-ups for the CH&A unit, as well as a tune-up service for plumbing and electrical issues in your home. I was very impressed with the service provided by Lee Company, and will certainly be sure to purchase the annual service package! Our service Tech, Tommy was fantastic!

They arrived on time, with what they needed. The speaker wiring was the trickiest part, and they had to spend a lot of time in my attic and crawlspace getting things where they needed to go. By the end of the day, however, everything was up and working right.

Generally favorable experience; installation of A/C compressor left roaring noise in bedroom because of vibrations, not from defective compressor.

Tune ups were performed on both of my heat pump units. They send the same technician every time so he can see what's happening from one time to the next. They do a very thorough job and are here for about 2 hours on the 2 units. I have had other companies come through and race through them both in an hour. I like their payment plan so I can pay monthly for my tune ups and not have the larger expense at once. I have a home warranty and if there is anything wrong with the units when they do the tune ups they are clear in letting me know the problem so I can report it to my warranty company. Excellent job!

Overall was very good, we had some retro-fit issues that took some time to work-through. They were very professional with a customer service attitude.

The service was excellent. We have used them a couple of times in the past. Their price seems to be competitive. They are always very thorough in what they do and very respectful of our home. There are cheaper companies out there.
