It went all right. They found several things wrong with the house, which I knew that they would.

He came and made some suggestions and we followed his advise. He was prompt and professional.

Great job. Serviceman was punctual, friendly and knew what he was doing.

It didn't go. After giving dates recommended for scheduling, I never heard from the company. There was no service scheduled nor performed.

Kudos to Angie's List and Lee Company! All of the work was performed timely, and professionally, and with a warranty. I say kudos because I was originally not happy about the cost of service and so I posted a review on Angie's List expressing that. The next day, Lee Company called me and apologized for their mistake. The representative had reviewed the invoice and realized that based on the labor performed, the fee charged was too much; and so they credited me $200 which brought the total fee down to $611?a fair price for the service performed. I recommend Lee Company's electrical services.

It was perfect. They were on time and these guys were right in answering any questions. Pricing was really comparative. They were polite and took time to explain everything.

Received call from provider within a couple of days to schedule service. Great so far. I had some extra work which I had included in the description when I purchased the big deal. They didn't seem to be aware of that but set up an appointment for an estimate yesterday between noon and 2. No one showed or called. This a.m. they called about a subsequent appointment for tomorrow. I cancelled and asked about the no show. Was told that the appointment was for today rather than yesterday. Person was very nice and apologetic about the mix up. In the meantime, I found another service provider who can do the entire job - rather than 2 service calls - by tomorrow.

It was good. They were prompt. It was what I paid for. It went well. They did the job.

I was unable to be there but my son was there and let him into the garage where the air changer is located. When he ended his service inspection call, he called me at work. He was very professional and even told us what things we could do ourselves. The following day, he sent an e-mail with his report on it. The one problem was that it took them over a week to get out to my residence as there were not any convenient times available until then.

The guys who did the work were very professional and the results were good. The reason I rated this experience a 'C' and rated Punctuality and Responsiveness a 'D' and 'F' was the hassle of dealing with Lee Company. I didn't even look at other providers on Angie's List because I have used Lee Company before to replace a heat/air system and they did a good job. That's why I called them for this. I regret not looking for another company. Here's the story -- I just bought a house and wanted to have the duct work cleaned. They sent an estimator / sales person out promptly. He was nice and professional. He did an estimate and proposed sealing the system too. So I did both. The job was scheduled about two weeks later. I took a day off work to be there for the job. I called a couple of days ahead to confirm. It took three calls and giving up after waiting on hold on two of them - to finally get someone. The day of the job, they sent two guys. When they looked around they said they would only be able to do the downstairs unit and duct work. The whole job was supposed to be done that day. So I called Lee Company. I asked if there was another crew coming and the lady I spoke to said 'yes, they are on the way'. The service guys at my house called their manager and he said there was no one else coming. So the guys did the downstairs and they said that someone would call me the following week to schedule the rest of the work. By Friday of the next week - no call. So I called Lee Company - and sat on hold for ~20 minutes. I finally hung up and called back later. Same thing. Their 'on hold' says go to their web site and register and someone will call you back. I tried that - but no one called. I called two more times. I finally got someone who said she would have someone get back with me. No one got back with me. I called again a few days later - early morning - and got someone who said she would call back. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager who does scheduling was out that day. I asked for the guy who sold me the work and I got his voice mail and left him a message to call me to see if he could help. He didn't call (but yesterday I got a 'thank you' note from him). This time the lady who promised to call back did call and she said she looked at their records and it looked like the work had been done. I explained - and then she scheduled the remaining work to be done. It was done on a Saturday so I didn't have to take another day off work. It was four weeks after the first day they came out and did the downstairs. Again - the guys who did the work were professional and did a good job. It's too bad to get good work done but then overall be so frustrated with the whole experience. They seem pretty disorganized in their office, call center, and scheduling. A semi-annual inspection was included with my duct cleaning and sealing purchase and they did send a card to schedule it and then called me. I just cancelled that service and didn't ask for money back (and I'm not hinting that I want money back). I sent the appointment card and a letter cancelling it and said that I would never use them again and thought I might hear from them but I didn't. I cancelled that service because I was just frustrated with dealing with them. Anyone that doesn't schedule the job right and you have to call and call and call and you get incorrect information and then they make promises to call back and they don't - multiple times - is not really a company I want to keep dealing with - especially with two aging units. I just glanced through some other reviews of them on Angie's List and didn't really see an experience much like mine. And they seem responsive to complaints on Angies List. There is no need to contact me - there is nothing really to do here to make up for that experience. And again - I'm not writing this with the hope of getting money refunded. The work got done and it's in the past. Just thought I'd share my little journey with Lee Co.

It went spectacularly! They did a great job. They brought the entire house up to code. They also installed new lighting in the front foyer, garage, and stairwell. They also put in new outlets & brought us up to code with GFIs and our fire alarms.

Everything went well. They were very professional and knowledgeable, completed the work effectively and efficiently, and had good customer service.

We purchased this "Angie's Deal" to take care of a light fixture that had gone out (it was permanently fixed above a desk area. The technician changed out the internal workings with the owner-provided new light fixture. It was done efficiently, promptly and with no problems. Great price for a quick one-item need.

My experience with Lee Company was very pleasant. Initially, I purchased a coupon for an HVAC system inspection and the technician was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The technician thoroughly explained what was going to occur during the servicing. I was so impressed with the service I ended up signing on for the recurring service and have since had my electrical and plumbing systems checked by Lee Company. I highly recommend Lee Company and pleased to be a customer. A++

After a miscommunication, Lee Company offered to perform the Big Deal at no cost. They scheduled an appointment that met my requirements, arrived on time and performed the work professionally. The personnel were very knowledgeable and, from my perspective, experts in their field.

Aaron Peters with Lee Company, along with his assistant, arrived at our home at 8:00 am. They were very punctual and quite professional. Prior to the date of installation, Aaron and I discussed extensively during his initial visit what all the project would entail for pricing the work to be done. He explained, in detail, what were my options. In talking with him I could see that he is truly an expert. After the project was completed, my impression of him and Lee Company was confirmed.... ALL positive!! Aaron and his helper installed 7 exterior motion sensor security flood light fixtures and 1 front porch motion sensor fixture. The 7 perimeter motion sensor light fixtures were, in fact, "custom" assembled on-site using the best components, mainly, the motion sensors. He adjusted each perimeter light for the best coverage and adjusted the "delay" time for when the lights would shut-off after activation. The lights were installed so that the lights would function independently, according to the movement of an object, which could activate one or more lights. My wife and I are 100% pleased with the work. Our security "light system" has been working perfect since the installation. The lLED light fixtures each have two bulbs. (Each bulb is a "module.") Each of the modules are 18 Watt LED bulbs which put out a very bright light equal to about a 90 Watt Halogen bulb. This will save us a lot on energy use yet, provide plenty of security lighting. Our security 'light system' is also flexible so that we can turn on the lights to stay on until we manually shut off the lights, such as during outdoor entertainment. The price for the project was slightly higher than the best quote we received from other companies that bidded on the project. However, the "quality" of the fixtures and Aaron's attention to detail made it all well worth the "investment." This project exemplifies that...... "You get what you pay for."

That service turned out just fine. The work was sufficient.

Had some initial frustration but the company immediately followed up on my concerns so I would consider my initial experience an anomaly and we readily recommend Lee Company. When a company willingly, without prodding, addresses customer concerns that is a sign of a responsibly provider.

That turned out okay. During the inspection they did not say anything about it, then they sent me an estimate to fix that, but it was really high. I have used them to do a couple of things for me before and they hey show up and do what they say they are going to do.

Lee Co. called immediately to set up the appointment and the technician arrived on time. He was a very nice young man that said he had only been with them a couple of months. When I asked about swapping out a couple of ceiling fans he hesitated and said he would have to figure that up. The quote was $810.00 (for swapping a couple of ceiling fans?) Needless to say I didn't accept. If I hadn't just had my hip replaced I'd be doing it myself..... I do want to say he was a very nice young man and I'm sure he knew what he was doing and went straight to work when he arrived.

The electric service went well, all electrical work I requested was done.

The technician was polite and professional. He noted some potential problems (this is an old house) without pressuring me to have expensive work done immediately. It was good to have advice on why lights were slow to brighten and outlets sometimes sparked. It is good to know that our old electrical panel will eventually have to be replaced and how much is could cost. We can now take time to plan for that without worrying that our house may have blow up on us meantime. Excellent inspection. Thank you Vladimir.

Excellent! I purchased an inspection from the Angie's List deals/coupons. I received a call back the same day I requested it. They scheduled my inspection on the day that was convenient for me, and kept in touch with me in the interim. The inspector arrived exactly on time. He was thorough, and explained everything as he went through the house. And then he promptly fixed the issue. Case closed! I will definitely call them again if I need something. Very impressed!
