All faucets were examined as well as the sink and the washer hose. The over all examination of my plumbing went well.

It went wonderful! They were very helpful. We are in a new house, to us, and we did not fully understand our thermostat and how it worked. The technician was able to fully explain how it worked and other things we needed to do to keep our A/C unit in good condition. We would recommend them in the future.

They are very efficient. They are punctual. They are a little high on their prices, but they get the job done quickly and efficiently.

They came and gave an electrical inspection. They were very prompt, courteous and thorough. They did an excellent job! They offer a home warranty service inspections that include discounts. They come out once a year to inspect and make sure everything is functions correctly.

I had had a animal strip the rubber off electric line in the garage. He capped it off and made it safe for me. It could have burned my house down. He quoted me for some future work. Really great service.

Bought $200.00 Angie's deal for $89.00. They came next day. Guy was here about 30-45 minutes, tops. He left without giving me paperwork. I asked for some & he said company would email it. Never received it. He left his book here. He called to get it and I said when I get a receipt, you can have your book. He emailed a receipt that said he was here 2.5 hours and the amount collected was $0.00. It was totally bogus! Now, I have to hold his book hostage in order to get a receipt from the company. I dug up a real phone number, 615-224-1011. The rep couldn't pull up my info. I asked for a manager. I had to repeat myself 3 times before she understood the hours on the receipt are wrong and the amount collected is wrong. I told her I wanted a real receipt that showed the work performed, hours worked and the correct amount charged which shows how much of my $200.00 is left. I know the truck roll is $49.00. They said they don't charge by the hour but by the job. The "job" was to tighten two faucets. How much for that? I think this company, while having a good reputation, is lacking. I don't think I'll use them again. UPDATE: I ought to read my own review. I tried using them in 2014 and wrote bad review. I used them May 6, 2015 and had problems again. I forgot that I had tried them before. wow...

I didn't get a refund. They never call or showed.

Chris, John, and Matt from the Lee Company were the DREAM TEAM! I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and expertise of these fine men. Each one truly went above and beyond, and tackled tough challenges presented in my electrical 'punch list' of multiple needs in my newly purchased 1926 home. These guys are true assets to this company. The "can-do" attitude, sincerity, and genuine friendliness of Chris Yates was beyond measure. I plan to request him in the very near future to install the remaining light fixtures & outlets on my project list. I also met with Matthew yesterday, a very creative carpenter in your Home Services division. He was able to grasp my kitchen shelving problem quickly, and offer practical, artistic, and structurally sound solutions. I am very much looking forward to welcoming him back to wrap up this phase of my small cottage renovation. My only question is this: Why didn't I call the Lee Company a long time ago?!

I was very satisfied with the technician's expertise and attention to detail. He gave me tips for changing the halogen lightbulbs in the light fixture, and suggested putting it on a dimmer switch after I commented about how bright the lights were. I will probably take his advice. After installing the light fixture, I think the tech took with him the suction cup provided in the light kit for installing/removing the halogen light bulbs, and I would like it returned. Also, I didn't see him go into the attic (requires lowering of steps) or crawl space (requires moving a large wooden platform on porch).

They did quality, they are very professional, a little more expensive than the rest of the companies, but top quality. Really good. Great. Very prompt.

Company was very helpful when I called. Technician, Robbie, was polite and professional; he checked out the problem and installed the new switches. Lee Company sent me a survey regarding the job that was performed; we knew they really cared and wanted to know that we were pleased with the job and service they provided. We now know we have a company we can call if other problems occur and feel comfortable that they will do a great job for us.

He was great and spectacular. He was quick, here for less than a hour. Mike Burns was just incredible and amazing. He even came up with a solution to attach the new porch light because the previous one was just so old.

He was dead on time, in fact even a little early - I was still at the vet, so he waited for me for a couple minutes. Was so nice, listened to my amateur's opinion of the problem without rolling his eyes (which was right, by the way), answered tons of questions. Checked my circuit box, fixed and rechecked the outlets, took down the ceiling fan, hung my porch light. He told me every step of the way what the charge would be, so no blindsides. Asked every time if there was anything else he could do as long as he was there, hence the fan and porch light. The charge was so reasonable! I was prepared for much more. Worth every penny.

It didn't go well. See Above. I would not use this company again. I'm going tomorrow to my bank to stop this draft.

They serviced our AC units. They replaced both units over time. It worked out well and they were punctual. They also made sure to confirm with me before making any further decisions.

Showed up on time gave me a quick estimate of other services and went right to work. Job was fast and I was very satisfied with the work.

That went well. The guys came out, did a really thorough job as such and actually he's the one at my house I am having do some extra work. That worked out very good. They're prompt, courteous, helpful and get there when they said they'd get there, professional, all those kinds of things. They're good. It turned out well. I didn't have any issues since.

I received multiple quotes for a system and primarily called Lee Company for comparison purposes. I honestly expected their quote to be higher but it was very competitive and for quality equipment. No oversell and good recommendations through the process. The installation was scheduled for the same week and went very well. Multiple techs were onsite as scheduled and started preparing he site. The equipment was delivered shortly after and later in the day an additional truck came out to pickup the old system and boxes as the tech we wrapping up the install. They were very professional and except for the new thermostat is was almost like they weren't here. The outside portion of the installation was better routed and wrapped than the original installation. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be calling on them in the future for other projects in the future.

I misunderstood the deal i paid for, I didnt need an electrical inspection as I had just purchased my home and had that done. I needed a 2nd ceiling fan installed but was told by the tech that wasnt possible because of the wiring in the ceiling. So he ended up replacing a different fan. The tech was very kind and knowledgable.

It was fine. Everything went well. The company sent 2 techs to do the work.

The Provider was very nice and professional, but as it turned out the cost was too high for the work provided.

I couldn't have been happier with Lee Company. Tommy Barnett arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He checked the water pressure and made sure all faucets were working well. He dye-tested the toilets and checked the emergency shut off valve. He checked the water-heater thermostat and then flushed and drained the water-heater tank. He even assisted me with increasing the water pressure for the shower head in the master bathroom even though it wasn't in the official work description. Once through, he made sure he had wiped up any spilled water from the water heater flush (there was only a small amount) and cleaned up all of his work areas. Finally, Tommy went through several recommendations including: putting in a thermal expansion tank on the water heater, and installing new steel washing machine hoses. Due to a previous comment I had made about possibly wanting to install a new kitchen sink and/or faucet, Tommy also wrote out several options Lee Co. could do for us including: rebuilding our faucet, installing a new faucet, or installing a new sink. During this time, Tommy never made me feel pressured to purchase anything; he simply laid them out as possible options and cited the recommendations as he saw them. I can't recall how long it took to perform the service - I'm guessing it was probably an hour. In the end, my wife and I decided to have Lee Company install new washing machine hoses and try out their one year Premier Planned Service Membership for 2015. This includes the plumbing service, electrical services, and annual heating and air conditioning inspections/services. Based on my experiences so far, I would definitely recommend Lee Company and will write additional reviews during 2015 as we use their additional services.

Chris Yates was very professional and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
