Thank heavens for the service plan! system went down Saturday night, called Lee company Sunday - the only reason we couldn't get it taken care of that day was we were out of town all day. They came early Monday, system up and running again - which is something we are very grateful for -July in Alabama without AC is not much fun...

I originally brought them in to check a switch I thought was bad, but it wasn't. I also had a smoke detector that was chirping so asked him to do my annual battery change. When he said the new smoke detectors had 10 year batteries, I decided to replace them all. I have 20 foot ceilings and no longer am willing to climb a ladder that tall, so I end up hiring someone every year to change the batteries. Hopefully, I won't have to change a battery for another 10 years.

Representative for Lee Co., Chris Y., was friendly, respectful, competent, and a pleasure to have work at my home. He was open to my input, and we came up with good locations for outdoor outlets, which I supplied, and he installed them quite efficiently. He installed a new kitchen light I had bought, a new outlet in the storage area, and replaced the HVAC fuse box with one having switches, which he supplied. He even advised me on which of my screws and drill bits to use in hanging a door knocker on the other side of the wall from a light switch. If I have additional electrical projects, I will request that Chris do them. I am VERY pleased with his work and respect for me and my home.

I had hooked up our ceiling fan but had got one of the wires wrong. Lee came out and fixed it. It was a simple fix.

He was punctual, professional & thorough! He made recommendations for future as the unit was ok at this time.

The electrician checked out the circuit breaker box, GFCI outlets, the main breaker box outside. We discussed the problem with the fluorescent light fixture in the garage he explained that the ballast was most likely bad. He quoted what it would cost for him to replace it. He stated that he would send me a detailed report via email. However, he never did.

awesome services, very professional and explained all repairs needed and why. The technician was Jacob Gerweck, he was super nice and having to bring strangers in your house is not a comfortable felling but Jacob made me fell very comfortable.

Technician was an hour late, but only because they had a company wide meeting. Once he arrived at my house, everything went smoothly. He was very polite, professional, and expedient. I've used Lee Company twice and have been pleased with them both times.

I recently rated Lee Company a D and I looked and looked to see if I can rescind that. I rate them an A because they took the time to look into what happened and straightened out the situation. They got one of their very knowledgeable technicians to come out and help me put in a light socket in a room that didn't have one. He was quick and cleaned up after himself. So I'll definitely use Lee Company again and have already referred my mom to call them because of their reliability.

It went very well. The faucet had to be replaced with a unit that meets current codes. The pipe through the wall had to be replaced as well, so there were extra charges beyond the Angie's List price. But the extra costs were warranted and fair, the installer was very professional, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding.

The workman was very friendly and helpful. He did a good job on every thing.

They did a good job. They come out 4 times a year to inspect the air, heating, plumbing the electrical to make sure everything is ok. They are really good.

Did a great job! Quality work and did just what I asked. Very professional. Made sure any mess he made was cleaned up to my satisfaction.Also right on time. Made sure he parked truck where I preferred him to. I could not have asked for better service. I do think what I paid was a little high but they say you get what you pay for and electrical work is never cheap.

He had to get up into the attic to get all the wires and boxes installed. He got it done in a timely manner, and everything works great! We also have them coming out to check our A/C and Heating, and Electrical work periodically. They're also supposed to give us an estimate on remodeling our bathroom and shower.

Purchased coupon through Angie's List for Refrigerator, Dishwasher & Disposal Maintenance. Lee & Company arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They completed the maintenance and recommended a new disposal. In addition, they secured our dishwasher in the cabinet that hasn't been right since we bought the house, tightened up my faucet and checked to see if needed a dryer lint service....all for no extra charge. They answered questions and didn't push anything on me that we didn't need. Very professional; highly recommend

They are an all service type of company so I don’t have to hunt to find someone. Their prices are expensive but you pay for that convenience. If I am not happy with something I just call back and pay for the convenience. They have done all the plumbing work for us. We are on a monthly plan so we get a 20% discount on service calls.

Jake, the General Manager, was very thourough as he evlauated my current system to provide me with an estimate for its replacement. He took special care to answer all my questions and was very professional. Through our discussion, I discovered that I might have an issue with my hot water heater. After I decided to purchase the heat pump unit, a day later I asked him to check out my hot water heater. A professional timely job was done on both jobs. Two weeks later when I discovered that the heat pump was not cooling properly, Lee Co promptly got a service person out to investigate and quickly made the necessary fixes. A very professional company that I would highly recommend.

Had two different young men out on three separate occasions over a two week period, concluding with a Lee Company quote for $2,696 to replace the compressor. We were under maintenance agreement, but still had to pay for the first tech, even though the last Lee Co tech who came out had put the relay switch line back on the wrong terminal, which actually caused the whole problem with the unit in the first place. Then had an independent HVAC technician out who fixed it in 30 minutes by replacing the run capacitor for $120. Lee caused the problem, took a long time to incorrectly diagnosed the problem, then tried to charge me $2,696 for $120 job. They were incompetent at best, or dishonest at worst.

Recommended a solution for excessive heat and cold above garage. Works great just like they said. Technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. It was rainy and they put shoe coverings on and off so they didn't track dirt through house. The price was competitive with other estimates. Did I mention they managed to fit us in during very busy hvac season? Extremely happy with service!
