'Come rain or shine or dark of night even if we don't do the work' should be their motto... In a torrential downpour, after many hours in the past years of me trying to 'find the right guy for the job', after having companies that won't work on anything if 'they didn't install it', after having an HVAC guy actually say to me that he wouldn't work on my attic unit because it was 'too hot up there'... What?!?!, after years of being a remodeler myself so I DO HAVE A CLUE, Lee Company was a huge breath of fresh air. The service agreement, which I entered into without hesitation after a brief tutorial, is reasonably priced and covers EVERYTHING with a significant 20% discount. They'll now keep track of the work that's done even if they don't do it and the maintenance schedule. They give 'recommendations' that you don't feel you have to do yesterday unless they prove to you that it is really unsafe in some way and even then whoever or however you need to get it done within a budget that makes some kind of sense AND not a single backhanded comment about prior work, my own work, my ideas, or my knowledge. Not even a 'you're pretty good for a girl' vibe was ever perceived by me from any of them. I never give 100% A's to any company because I don't feel there is such a thing as perfect but after 3 different people in 3 different fields of expertise with the same resounding results I feel I have no choice but to rave about Lee Company. Unfortunately, I can only choose one of their categories so I chose electrical based on the fact that it was the biggest and most expensive job.

Jacob was very punctual and called me an hour prior to the scheduled arrival time. Checked the entire house electrical and smoke alarm systems. Added surge protectors and outlet as we both agreed too. Will hire again, if needed.

Service was fast and efficient. Recommended several things to improve safety within the home. Provided price estimates. Concluded that entire system was working satisfactorily

I was skeptical after the first visit when the tech told me the unit was old and needed to be replaced. He also could not remember the size of my unit after he had put in 12 pounds of freon. After the second visit with a different tech I felt better because of the different tech that was sent. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn't mind answering many questions that I had.. I will be using them again and will ask for the same tech that was sent out last.

We have used Lee Co. since 2003 for a variety of projects/repairs. While they may cost more than others, more importantly, things have been done right the first time. While I'm a bit concerned about their growth, as things haven't gone 100% smoothly on the office end in more recent years, the techs still seem competent (though maybe a bit more cookie cutter). The tech today made no promises about how long the fix today should work, but based on our prior experience, we should be OK until the machine fails. They were able to come the next day after I called.

Jerry and Wes were scheduled to arrive between 12pm - 2pm with a call 30 mi Utes prior to arrival. I received a call at 11:30 am. They arrived at noon and were completely finished with the job by 12:45. Extremely efficient, professional and courteous.

I contacted him for some other work and he said he would be out that afternoon and he just never showed up.

Two different technicians came on two different dates. Both were very punctual and extremely professional. It was evident both took a lot of pride in their work as well as in the company they were working for. One even shared what a great company it is to work for and how Mr Lee treats all the employees like family. That's unusual these days. I will use the Lee company again for future needs!

I've been using their services for the past 5 years and they do outstanding work.

The men (TJ and Don Justin) showed up on time and were very professional. The looked under the house and could hear the water, but weren't finding anything leaking down there. They then came into the house (wearing shoe protecters) and found the back toilet running. Don Justin not only fixed it, but tightened up a few other things on the toilet (tank and seat). They also did an inspection of the plumbing and found that the seal under our shower was loose and so they tightened that as well. I am sure that saved us from a much larger problem in the future. The men answered every question that we asked and were very friendly. They have a yearly service plan, but I was not at all feeling pressured to sign up. We told them we would like to get to know them as a company first. If their first impression continues, then we will be signing up for the plan shortly. The rates for the plan are lower than our current plan for just the heating and air conditioning. They also cover plumbing and electrical inspections. All in all, a great company to deal with.

This was an excellent service call from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, fast, and professional. I received an appointment that was two days after my call (I had several windows of day/time to choose from). The tech, Justin, called when he was on his way (as I'd requested) and showed up at my house on time. Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic; he acted like he was really glad to do business with me. Justin proceeded to check all the faucets (including showers), toilets, washer, and outside spigots for things like leak, was everything working correctly, did the sinks hold water, etc. A very thorough job. He was very pleasant to talk to and answered all the questions I had without sending condescending or sounding like a know-it-all. Then Justin checked the tankless water heater I have (the main reason for my call) and flushed it out. He double-checked to make sure what he was doing was correct and again answered my questions. The whole thing was within the time limits they told me when I made the appointment. Justin filled in forms on a tablet and made a few suggestions to me (maintenance contract, drain declogger) but there was never a hard sell. I paid by check (though they also take credit cards) and in less than 30 minutes (before I even got back to work) I had an email with the results of the visit and the suggestions. Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to call Lee Company again and would definitely request Justin.

The first visit provided a quote of the work that needed to be done. All the needed work was done the second visit. Very professional guidance on the details of the work to be done, timing and the logistics for letting the technicians in. When we messed up on the first date, they were very courteous about rescheduling. The work was done well.

We have a house built in the 1950's that we are slowly renovating ourselves. After watching my husband nearly electrocute himself a half dozen times, I decided he probably wasn't an electrical whiz, and I wanted to make sure the house wasn't in immediate danger of succumbing to an electrical fire. So that bring me to this deal. This company was about an hour late (outside of their time window, but I did get a call saying they would be, and asking if that was ok or if I needed to reschedule. I told them to come on out. The tech was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It took a little while, but he was able to correctly label all but one of the breakers in the circuit box. He set my mind at ease about my husband's electrical handiwork, saying everything looked good. He even found 2 live wires buried who knows how long in the attic insulation (slightly alarming)! Overall I was very satisfied with the company and their visit. I would use them again, and recommend them to others as well.

Called for service at approx. 10 AM as I had three outside faucets that were in various states of failure from leaking to non-working, had service technician (Justin) at the house by noon that same day. Justin quickly assessed the situation, provided me with a quote which I felt was expensive, but he quickly explained the enormity of the task from cutting walls, cabinets and drilling into masonry, etc ?.. to then replacing copper lines where necessary that I quickly realized that the quote was accurate related to time and materials required to do a quality job, etc ??. The job was completed as quickly as possible (well after dinner), Justin and his assistant (TJ) were professional, courteous and respectful of our property cleaning up after themselves, minimizing noise as both my wife and I were working from home and totally at ease with our large dogs keeping a close eye on them. Upon completion of the repair, I was given ample time to discuss my bill, given assurances that if there were any problems that they would immediately respond to correct the issue etc ??. Due to Justin (and TJ?s) professionalism, their ability to describe in detail my options related to the repairs and the quality of their work I will be recommending Lee Company to my friends and work associates as they will be the 1st call I make when I have plumbing issues again.

The technician was very polite and helpful. He did a great job. Also, my original appointment was on a Friday and when the lady called to verify my appointment she re-scheduled my appointment for the day before (Thursday) so it would work with my schedule. I forgot her name but she provided awesome customer service!

All went great, John was very professional, he came to give estimates, divided it up into 3 different jobs to help us with the cost, not everything at once. Very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Hope that John can do the work every time. 2nd job, a/c system...2 guys, knocked it out on half a day, on time, very efficient great job.

I have been renovating a bedroom into an office and had the electrician come in and move a receptacle into a new location, then he performed the whole house electrical check, looking at every receptacle, switch and wired smoke alarm to ensure all worked correctly, he opened the electrical panel and did an inspection then checked to make sure all of the wire lugs were good and tight into the breakers. He explained how the GFCI plugs worked and how my other two bathrooms were wired. He showed me potential upgrades of putting in a whole house surge suppressor (which I will do at a later date), over all was a good sanity check of the electrical system of the house.

The technician was very polite, friendly and professional. He was on time and used shoe covers to protect my floors. He explained what he planned to do and why it was important. I found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to accommodate my request to change out the smoke detector batteries. I was very impressed with him and I am not easy to impress.

The technician was running late but he called to let me know and adjust his expected arrival time. Once here, he was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me estimates for replacing my kitchen light fixture as well as for just replacing the ballast. Since the fixture was very old I decided to go with the replacement. He also replaced an exhaust fan in one bathroom. Everything is working well.

They did not notice that the dining room light had been wired to the switch incorrectly.
