Technician was punctual professional and helpful.

As expected. No major issues, even repaired a faulty valve in the toilet tank.

The charge was $5,000 and that was a big bill to pay off. We put it on a payment plan. I think the reason I went with Lee and Company was because they could finance it for us -- 12 months same as cash. I have heard repeatedly since we used Lee and Company that they are the most expensive heating and air conditioning company in the area and that I got taken for a ride. I felt like they took advantage of us. I was also told that they should have replaced the whole unit instead of just repairing a portion of it and charging me two or three times what someone else would charge me. I would tell others not to use them. They were very responsive and had someone else come out to explain the finance plan to us. They were anxious to sign us up. They took care of us and appeared very professional at the time.

He took the faucet apart and cleaned it. He did it very quickly and neatly. He was recommended to me by a retail store. I'm going to keep their number handy for next time.

It went great - this is the service fee and it was a simple loose wire. The technician was so nice.

After being transferred around, I waited a long time on the phone (with the recording continuously reassuring me of how much my time was valuable) before being able to speak with someone to schedule a quote (I was given the option to have them call me back when they became available). I did not have them come out and do a quote because they charge a $49 fee for each quote. Since I need both electrical and plumbing, they want $98 just to come out and give a quote. This value is not applied towards the service call if I decided to work with them, so I decided not to continue with the process.

The tune up was performed successfully. We also had a damper motor issue, which was diagnosed and priced quickly however the technician was not very experienced on changing the damper motor. However, he called an experienced technician who came in right away and helped complete the change. Overall I'm very happy with the price and the work performed.

Tech came and did a total inspection of my heating and a/c unit. He gave me a report of his findings. No pressure sales; polite, brought booties to wear when in the house.

It was good. The stuff that they quote for price was a B. It sounds like it's right where needs to be, but certain things can be a little cheaper. All of that--responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism--they did a good job on that.

Lee sent two different technicians -one to service our electric issues and one for the HVAC- the day after we requested service. It was by far the best experience we have had in the area after living here for 5 years. We will be using them for future needs. They are reliable and affordable.

This was a big deal purchase and it was fantastic. After the first service I had with them I signed up for their yearly plan for $8.95 a month. I get four inspections a year and if I need service I call them. I get, I think, a 20 percent discount. Since I am a plan member now I also am kind of on top of their list when I need service.

I have a maintenance plan. They check it twice a year and make sure that it's running. They call me before they come.

My husband and I had a disastrous and unexpected situation last night around 6pm. We came downstairs in our home to find that the hardwood floors were covered in water and sewage. The water was running with such force that it covered 3 rooms in a matter of minutes. We called Lee Company as I pay to be in their regular maintenance program. They told us that the plumber was in Murfreesboro so it might take a couple of hours for him to get to our home (we live near downtown Nashville). They said they would call us when he was on his way. At 8:00pm we had heard nothing so we called to ask for an ETA. The answering service said they would call us back with an approximate time. We never heard from them again. At 9:30 we gave up and called Holt Plumbing. They were kind and courteous and had a plumber at our house within an hour. We never heard from Lee Company again. As a longstanding customer of theirs, I cannot even describe how disappointing it was for them to have such poor service at a time when we desperately needed them. They managed to make a nightmarish night even worse with their lack of service and responsibility.

They do HVAC, electrical, and just about everything. We have had about six companies that came in to do HVAC and they were cheap, but in the end, they cost us a fortune. For the work they did compared to the cheap guys, they are an A+.

Josh found out that my heat strips were stuck on while the ac was attempting to cool. This explained why it wasnt cooling in the house and why my electric bill had more than tripled. I had 2 other companies come out before and each charged $300 to add freon and they didnt stay around long enough to see that it still wasnt cooling inside.

I showed him where my electrical issues were and explained the problems He listened attentively. He then Inspected GFI outlets, and the breaker box for issues. He tightened the common bar connections which were loose. This latter item corrected the issues I had with three ceiling fans and lights which had stopped functioning. He also pointed out that a dimmer switch which I had installed in my hallway didn't work properly because it wasn't a three way dimmer.
