Appointment was easy to schedule. On my appointment day, Service tech (Trent T) called me 30 minutes in advice of arrival. He showed up, put on shoe covers, and came in and asked me questions about my system and any problems. I ran down a list of issues I was having. He did a complete inspection of heat pump and air handler, including refrigerant check. He also spent extra time helping me trying to diagnose a thermostat issue, which was service well beyond what this type of call should have entailed. At the end of the visit, he went over the issues he found as well as recommended fixes. He never tried to upsell me or charge extra for time spent on thermostat issues. I was emailed a copy of his report as well. I was very pleased with this service call. Going forward, this will be my goto company if I run into issues with my heat pump.

COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!! For $89, he walked thru my house and flipped the light switches. He plugged his meter into the outlets, but I knew which ones were not working, and already told him that. So he basically repeated to me which outlets that I already identified as non-operational. Furthermore, he did not relabel the circuit breakers in the panel, and I know that some of them were not correct. He said he could not do anything else beyond what he did. He called his manager, and said that they were not going to allow him to do anything else. The technician was a nice guy, and just following orders from his manager. This was a complete waste of my money and time (took the afternoon off from work), and I'm very irritated with the management. This was clearly false advertising and a complete rip-off.

We are happy with the work. Work was perfect. We were flabbergasted at how expensive it was. Easy to set up appointment. Very responsive, called back right away. Jessie very knowledgeable. Told us what was going on and why. Did not leave a mess.

The service person was on time, went right to work, & checked everything on the list. He gave me the information on the service call, wrote up what should be done in the near future and what the costs would be. Lee Co did a good job and I would use their services again.

They did a really good job. They always arrive when they say they will and they always give you a courtesy call when they are on their way which I appreciate. They always put on little booties and everything when they come into my house so they don't make my house dirty. They are very professional and they seem to know what they are doing and they don't try to sell me things that I don't think I need and that's why I keep going back to them. They've been in Nashville forever and they have a great reputation here.

I would use them again in the future.

All repairs were made, and they are the first people we call when we have issues with our home.

I had all of the parts and materials needed so I think the charge was too high but overall they did a good job. They offered me a maintenance agreement that I felt was priced too high as well so I chose not to do that.

They were professional and courteous. He explained all the pricing and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I could not have asked for better service.

Great value for the electrical diagnosis. There must've been some miscommunication with the serviceman the office, because the first thing the serviceman tried to do was sell me on a yearly membership that included a fixed number of Heating/AC/Plumbing/Electrical visits. I know sales is a hard job, but don't like initial upfront sales pressure.

Great. I had to reschedule for an earlier appointment time because of company coming to town and Eric from Lee was able to accommodate. The removal, installation and setup of the new unit was very fast and the old unit was also picked up as the installers were leaving. Everything was finished the same day.

It was good! They came did a professional job, gave good advice and that was it. There was nothing I disliked about them, if I did I wouldn’t have paid.

The technician was running late, but called and explained a traffic delay (which we had already heard about on the radio). When he arrived, he apologized for being late. He got right to work and returned with a detailed report of the unit's status. Beyond the services of the inspection, a part was needed which he did not have on the truck. He obtained the part and installed it. The payment (for the part and installation) and signing the service order were handled electronically and a very detailed inspection report was provided via email.

He did the inspection quickly & professionally. Repair was also done quickly.

They did the inspection but really what they were doing was marketing their services. They wanted you to sign up some contract to maintain your unit. They would give you a discount on something if you have some problems but I wasn't interested in that. They didn't do anything negative. They did the inspection so I'm satisfied. Since they were marketing their services, the price was probably a little high. They were on time. They could have given me the report. I had to go ask for it.

Great - no issues were reported. Inspector was friendly, professional, and was not going out of his way to "find something" wrong with our house.

Went well, no problems found. Inspector was honest with me and said Lee Company would probably like him to find something, but he couldn't find a thing wrong with the house's electrical system. Recommended a whole house surge protector, but indicated it was not mandatory per code. Fixed a couple of light sockets where the connector got pushed back into the socket.

It was very good. He knew what he was doing. I would recommend them. Price was great. They were very responsive. I would use him again.

Excellent. Trent did an awesome job.

Really well! Joseph identified and fixed the problem within minutes. Took a video of the problem before he fixed it and showed what he did to repair it. He even stayed after to make sure the breaker didn't trip again. Did not charge me more than initial visit charge of $49.
