Would not provide even a price range estimate without sending a technician out. They charged $50 for the technician to give an estimate. The estimate they gave was 170% the cost of every other contractor we looked at.

Because of the age of the unit (30 year old Trane) we replaced both the AC and the gas heat. Having had such longevity from the original, we wanted to replace it with the same brand and upgraded to a much more efficient system. Lee company employees were very courteous, prompt, and professional with every aspect of our project. We will use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Its better to use them for diagnosis and then hire someone else to install them. The $200 charged was only for the diagnostic.

The technician was great!! He assisted me in finding my water pressure regulator which was buried. For some reason when house was built they buried the water regulator access point. He dug the hole, found the regulator, and replaced. Some plumbing was required. Just a note: We ONLY use Lee for our electrical and plumbing issues!!!!

We pay Lee a $12.42 monthly fee for annual service and we get a 20% discount. You still have to watch Lee on price and bargain. They will throw in freebies if you get more than one thing, but you have to ask. The work is excellent, and all this work this time was a big improvement. I recommend the monthly plan because you get free annual visits for plumbing, electrical, and heating/air conditioning. A few services are included, such as free flushing of a tankless hot water heater, and air conditioner coil cleaning. We have used Lee and the monthly plan for 15 years. That 20% discount is a giant savings if you get new central air, and it is nice to have on small services too.

OK. He found a slightly weak capacitor and charged me $235 to replace. I am sure it doesn't cost all that much.

when they do inspect they are very professional and punctional

They are prompt and responsive, they got the job done. However, their pricing is high. They also would only acknowledge my husband on the account, even though I always made the appointments, met the repair people, and paid them. Whenever I called for another service, they had my husband's name on the account, tied to my phone number. Apparently they do not understand that women can be "primary" on the account. I even complained to their office about this, yet they only would contact my husband to schedule service repair. I guess they only want men as their customer. I will not use them again.
