Description of Work: I use this company for many types of services so cannot limit to just one instance. For plumbing, HVAC, I have been generally happy with the service. Windows - one order out of three total for replacements was messed up and took twice as long as it should have. Since a third party window supplier is also involved, it is easy for the blame to be shifted. That has been the only major issue I have had.

Description of Work: Installed tankless water heater and removed old tank water heater. Punctual, professional, friendly. Definitely will use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned up a leak with our air conditioning unit. The only thing is you could not use the discount because I wasn't able to print off coupon. I understand but just be prepared to show paper coupon and not your depend on your mobile devices.

Description of Work: We just had our routine maintenance on our HVAC system. I received an email recommendation to: Have a project manager quote sealing our duct work... Our duct work is already insulated. This is not the first time that unnecessary repair recommendations have been suggested.

Description of Work: I've used Lee Company for heating/cooling services for many years, and have used them for some electrical work as well. About two or three years ago, I had them replace a failed water heater with a tankless gas water heating system. I have never been disappointed with the any aspect of their work.

Description of Work: The company is good and gets done what they are contracted for. The prices are high and didn't have some work done due to this. If you can live with the price, the work is good.

Description of Work: We got a new tankless waterheater. Service was excellent, but I thought the price was a little high. They came promptly and had to do quite a bit of work - new gas line, new vents, etc. We were really satisfied with the job they did. We would use them again if we have any plumbing problems.

Description of Work: I had them in to fix the ground to our 1938, rehabbed house, install a number of grounded three prong outlets, and ensure our fuse box was up to current code. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I asked for a complicated estimate with different levels of work and they did exactly as I asked. I always try to learn about my house and they were patient and willing to explain things. They made clear what was safety-related and what was an add-on that could be done later. I felt no sales pressure. I plan on using them again and feel very confident in their work.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for installation of a toilet I needed installed the next week. The plumbing manager stated he needed to refer the request to another section and the manager will call to set a visit time. I never received a call from anyone.

Description of Work: Had a service charge and an acquisition fee as he had to go get a part that he didn't have with him. He replaced a Delta diverter. I also bought a service agreement (which I had had for years previously) for an added $239.00. I was very pleased with Lee Company. Judy Moyer

Description of Work: The estimator came out and looked at our heating/ac system and asked good questions. He said if we were not having any problems that we should not bother replacing just to upgrade. He also gave me good information for the future.

Description of Work: I have a whole home contract with Lee Company. They check out all my appliances, HVAC, water heater/microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer a couple times a year. They are professional and give me tips on the overall quality of my systems and how to make the most out of them. Plus, they've given me quotes on numerous other repair jobs I've thought about having done - like installation of tile and cupboards in my l laundry room.. They even volunteered to pick up my cabinets for me. They've been professional, helpful and while the price may be a tad high (not sure about that), they go the extra mile, and they've given me real comfort that the job will be done well. I'm very pleased with this service and will sign another year contract with them this summer. I'm not completely sure about this, but I think the yearly price was about $300 for all of the above.

Description of Work: Had them install a whole house surge protection. Took very little time and was very professional. Price was fair and the serviceman explained everything about the unit.

Description of Work: We needed a new air conditioniing system so they sent out their salesperson and after a 45 minute presentation he suggested one in our price range. A week later their crew came to install it. They did, but not very well. We constantly were calling them due to the fact that the unit either was freezing up (like our old unit did) or it was not cooling and then it would shut down. After 2 months of arguing and 4 of their managers making excuses for why it did not work we finally pulled the truth out of them. The unit was incompatible with our furnace as far as capacity and should never have been installed in the first place. After another month of arguing I called for Mr. Lee (Who is never in) and I got a call back that he wanted a satisfied customer and was going to replace our old furnace with a new one of the right capacity. He said he wanted to keep our business since we had used them all of the time for our AC and Heating. The new unit was installed after much waiting for it to be shipped to them from the factory and it worked but not the way it was supposed to. They then came out and adjusted all of our vents for the correct pressure and output and we have not had any problem since. After this incident, but because they did replace the furnace we called them for our upsstairs furnace not working very well. The repairman said that we had a hole in the coil and needed a new drip pan. They charged us $500 for a $150 drip pan which did not make me very happy, WE then called them again due to the upstairs furnace not heating very well and the man that came scared my wife into thinking that we had a carbon dioxide leak and that it could blow up at any time. This was not true and we had the furnace checked by another company and all it needed was a good cleaning inside. Lee used to be a very good company but since they now are trying to sell every product under the sun, it seems like they are sending out hard closers to try to sell you no matter what. We wil never use them again.
