Description of Work: Did an evaluation of the plumbing. They did find things that needed to be addressed and if I could have used them through my home warranty I would have. Will keep them in mind for future work.

Description of Work: HVAC Annual Service. They are always professional and very friendly. I never feel as if they are trying to make a sale. Great company, and worth the higher cost.

Description of Work: They performed a very comprehensive AC tune up and took the time to not only explain but also show me what they found and whether or not it was good or needed replacing. It took a little longer than I expected to complete the tune up, but I would rather pay and wait for a quality job than rushing through it.

Description of Work: I decided to sign up for a year contract with them that includes a four part inspection and general maintenance: AC, gas heat, plumbing, and electrical. With the understanding that any major problems would require possible additional charges. However, I retain the rights to have someone else make any such repairs if need be. | |So far it seems to be a pretty good deal. They have already inspected and serviced the AC. No additional problems discovered and no additional charges. We've scheduled the plumbing inspection this coming month. I already have two problems that I aware of. So I will see how those are addressed at that time. | |So far a good experience dealing with the company and I will simply have to see how the other inspections and possible required repairs go.

Description of Work: Installed a new humidifier. It went very smoothly. They were prompt, professional and pleasant. The humidifier has performed excellently.

Description of Work: Correctly installed new dryer. Leveled new washer and dryer. Took the time to explain other services provided by Lee Companies. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion.

Description of Work: I have used Lee Company for many years to keep two old AC units in a condo going, and they have been wonderful! the cost of their service is in line with the costs I have paid to other suppliers in the past; their scheduling people are friendly and patient if you have to change your appointment. They are a great company who can handle many different things in your home AND your heating/cooling.
