Description of Work: they were prompt in contacting me to set up an appointment for the plumbing inspection, and guy was on time. Seemed more interested in selling a heating/cooling/plumbing/electrical package. | |I bought the plumbing inspection toilet rebuild mainly because my toilet ran very slightly and thought they would fix it (adjust whatever you need to ). they guy noticed it, but said that the reason for the drip in the bathroom sink and the toilet was because of my water pressure. He said there wasn't any point in rebuilding the toilet whatever since it would do it again. I did not press the point, but I wish now that I had.

Description of Work: The electrician answered all my questions about problems, ideas, and puzzling aspects of the electrical workings in our house, including switches and outlets, lights and fans, removing 1960's radiant heat, and installing solar attic fans. Then he did an exam/evaluation of our overall electrical system and made recommendations, and replaced wall switches for two chandeliers. |I ended up with a good understanding of what changes (restorations or upgrades) were possible, and roughly what they would cost. I will be very happy to have this Lee Company electrician return until, eventually, my to-do list will be completely finished.

Description of Work: I purchased this as a gift for a friend who had many questions and concerns about the condition of the electrical shape her condo was in. She was so grateful to have a patient and professional service provider come in and complete an intire evaluation and over an hours worth of work to boot. He went above and beyond our expectation. Imagine how blessed I feel to have assisted in this experience !!!!

Description of Work: Dryer heating element replacement. I called around 10 in the morning when I realized that the dryer was not heating and they had a tech out by noon. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the part and told me he was sure it would be in by the next morning which was a Saturday and if it was he would call me and come install it. He did just what he promised and the dryer is working great. They may not be the cheapest in the field but they are prompt, professional and well trained.
