Description of Work: I purchased dishwasher tune up as one of the Angie's List deals. They came out on the day we agreed upon and looked over everything. I guess from the fine print on the deal, I was expecting them to do a little more and do a deeper cleaning on the dishwasher. Also, when he came out, he offered to use a couple cleaners, however, there was an extra charge for those, which I was under the assumption that it was included in the deal. All in all, he was extremely professional and gave some good tips on maintaining everything in the future, but I was expecting more from what I read when I bought the deal.

Description of Work: 1st trip he cleaned the floor under the refrigerator and cleaned the coils on the bottom of the refrigerator; ran a cleaner substance through the dishwasher and put ice and a cleaner substance down to disposal ($89). Secondly, fixed the motor of the ice maker at my cost ($229) |2nd trip at my request installed a kit to protect the ice maker from air

Description of Work: They came out to both of my locations but nothing really happened and it seems as though the main intent was to just find a bigger project they could work on and price. I felt it was a pretty big waste of money.

Description of Work: Spent about 15 minutes telling us what they would not do, and what was not covered in the 90 minutes of electrical work, then left. The "Big Deal", was not a deal, and it was a waste of my money. It is clearly a hook to get you to contract for more services. I emailed the sales manager and complained, but he never returned my email. Will never consider "Lee Company", for anything. Will likely cancel Angie's list, as it is just a site to get companies to hook you for hidden charges.

Description of Work: The plumber replaced an outside faucet and checked all interior faucet/hose connections. He was professional and efficient. I'd be happy to use Lee Company again.

Description of Work: I had a dimmer switch in the kitchen that controlled the light and the fan. He ended up having to do some rewiring.

Description of Work: They came out did the home electrical inspection, made a couple of recommendations (needed to install GFI outlet in kitchen). They checked out a problem with our light in the attic and fixed it and installed motion lights outside that I had previously purchased. They were very professional and knowledgeable and finished the job very quickly.Very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: The bathroom turned out pretty good as far as quality, but it was a constant struggle. They had no plans to go by... the window was in wrong place, had to move it, toilet in wrong place had to move it, failed every inspection except electrical and had to redo something...tried to put hvac vent right in front of door! put sheet rock in shower where backerboard was supposed to go had to remove it. I can't think of one thing they did that they didn't have to re-do. painters didn't use the primer they told me to buy so new sheet rock was painted with just paint, no primer and you can tell it. And I have a gallon of very expensive primer sitting here. I am writing this from memory, I am sure there were more issues...it was a constant battle of me coming home every day to leave a note about why something wasn't where it was supposed to be! It was a terrible experience!!
