Description of Work: We bought the $89 Refrigerator/Dishwasher Tune-Up and Cleaning and Garbage Disposal Inspection. We don't have a garbage disposal so they agreed to also check our second refrigerator. They did their thing on the fridges and tuned up our dishwasher that was getting dishes as clean as they should have. He rearranged a hose and did a couple other things to it. He also gave us a few tips on the dishwasher to make it work better. It does seem to be working better now. They were on time, communication was great, and he was very professional. It was money well spent. I'd use Lee Company again.

Description of Work: They installed a new light/fan in my ceiling. I took out a contract but haven't heard any more details on this contract for service to my AC- which they were going to send me via email soon after the service, but to date, I have not received anything. It concerns me a little.

Description of Work: They serviced our hot water heater (replaced the flush valve) & fixed a slow leak in our upstairs bathtub. It went very well, so well in fact that we signed on for a yearly planned maintenance program.

Description of Work: Tech first did the inspection that was initially bought, then presented me with options that needed to be done. I could have said no, but felt that the two items that needed to be installed were actually needed and went for it. I also paid the $99 to become a member of the Lee Company "club" that entitles me to two HVAC inspections per year plus one electrical and one plumbing inspection per year. I was paying another HVAC company nearly double that amount for only one inspection per year.

Description of Work: Water heater tune up with whole house plumbing inspection purchased on Angie's list. Very professional and punctual. Serviced my water heater and gave suggestions for other plumbing issues but did not try to hard sell me anything. I plan to buy their whole house maintenance package and I plan to use them again. It will be great having one company that I can call for heating and air, electric, or plumbing.
