Description of Work: The service person looked at several light fixtures that were giving me trouble and replaced one, tightened another, recommended using LED bulbs in two others.

Description of Work: Coordinating the call went very well. It is clear that Lee Company is a service-oriented company that highly values their customers. Where things fell apart is when the technician informed me that the work I needed done (replacement of a frost-free faucet) would require an additional payment of $75 in addition to what I'd already paid Angie's List. Apparently the deal was for a service that would only work with non-frost free faucets (ones that could be easily replaced by simple steps from outside the house).

Description of Work: They did a whole house electric inspection, a deal on Angie's list. And they provided a thorough report. Unfortunately, the electrician crossed some wires when fixing a problem so we had to call them back late at night. But they came, fixed the issue and apologized even in the middle of the night. What a company and with dedicated professionals.

Description of Work: Came out and did a plumbing & water heater check. Did not try and push other services. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very courteous. Not scary (which was a big plus for my wife). Gave us some good recommendations and explanations for those recs. Will absolutely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Plumbing inspection was thorough. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Flushed both hot water heaters and fixed a toilet as part of the inspection. Well worth it.

Description of Work: We used them for many years assuming their prices were competitive. They weren't. We had a service contract. When our pipes burst and flooded the house, when we needed them the most, they did not come. Would not come for two days. And we then had a bad experience with the HVAC serviceman. We dumped them after that and will not use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced an outside electrical connection for me. The representatives on the phone were very courteous (I had to reschedule a couple of times because of rain). The technician showed up on time, and did a really good job.
