Description of Work: They did an excellent job of inspecting Plumbing and Electrical systems. Repaired an outdoor faucet. I purchased a bi-annual service agreement for HVAC at almost half what I was currently paying. Very impressed with plumbing and electrical technicians. Most impressive!!!

Description of Work: The Lee techs inspected all my plumbing fixtures for proper operation and flushed the water heater. They checked toilets for leaks, bathroom and kitchen sinks for dripping faucets, leaks, or other problems, washing machine water connections and hoses for leaks and serviceability, and also replaced the valve on the shower. The had the required parts to rebuild the Delta shower control on their truck so there was no need for another service call and associated cost. I also purchased a supply of drain cleaner for periodic use to keep a couple of problematic drains from causing future problems. They came on time, knew what they were doing, were careful to avoid making a mess either inside the house or outside where the water heater contents were flushed. They made additional recommendations for my consideration for possible later installation.

Description of Work: Tree roots clogged the water line from the house to the meter. After we got huge trees removed, Lee came in and did a great job creating a run that was away from trees. One young man stayed very late trying to find the line because builder had put it in a stupid place. I also had them do the plumbing and air conditioning checkup and they did that well. I got the maintenance program for the house--great value! I'd use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: The plumber conducted a thorough inspection of all sinks, showers, faucets and toilets. He cleaned the bathroom sink drain stoppers, and showed me how to do it myself. He inspected the washer hoses and replaced them with the best ones available. He drained the sediment out of our water heater. I liked him a lot and recommend him highly. He was very professional and personable. I signed up for their annual home maintenance plan.

Description of Work: An electrical service call and inspection. I had them replace two light fixtures in my hallway and they did an electrical inspection of my home, both of which went well. The technician was very nice and very professional. However, when I made my appointment, I also told them I wanted to purchase extra time for them to replace 2 smoke damaged detectors. I was very disappointed to find that even though they were already at my house for the Angie's list promotion, they charged me an additional trip fee of $49, in addition to the charge for the 2 smoke detectors. I wrote to them questioning why they did this, but received no response.

Description of Work: My a/c had a wire that was disconnected. He checked the unit, the attic, and the thermostat. He tightened the wire and fixed my unit. The gentleman was very nice, helpful and efficient. He did a thorough job. Gave me great information. He scheduled an appointment for next week to have an estimate done for a new a/c system and will save me money.

Description of Work: A great company. I needed to have my street-side lawn-sprinkling tap uncovered with a new faucet installed. I expected to pay extra for the excavation, but there was none, and the technician offered to come back in a day or so to open the valve once the glue had set because he sensed my physical limitations would make this difficult for me. And he did! Tremendous service providers. I'm looking into their maintenance packages for varied household systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC. I'm sold!

Description of Work: The company called and we set up an appointment for Wed., May 27th to replace a broken freeze-proof faucet. They called back Tues. to reschedule because their tech. could not come in on Wed. I was mildly concerned at this point but went ahead and rescheduled for Friday afternoon. Nothing was said about price. Then they call back while I am having lunch on Friday just 2 hours before the appointment to inform me that the cost would be double because of the faucet being a freeze-proof type. I politely cancelled.
