Very well. The serviceman was efficient. He did tell me about available service deals but did not push them.

Excellent. They came right out for the estimate. We were able to schedule the install for the day after the range was supposed to arrive. They gave us a 3 hour window. On the way home, they called (10 minutes before start of window) to say that they were running slightly behind. They gave me an updated estimated arrival time. This time was still well within the original time window!! Tech called later and gave me another updated ETA (again, still within the original quoted window). Tech arrived and work completed. High quality and he kept me informed during the entire install. Very helpful and gave me great advice on some areas surrounding the job to make his and my work easier. I was extremely impressed with the entire process. I would highly recommend them. From checking with some other people, the price quoted/charged was consistent with norms.

Outstanding. Normally, the entire door would have to be disassembled to replace the entire section of the door jamb. But, the technician offered to just cut out the damaged section and replace it with a piece of door jamb that he had in his van. This GREATLY reduced the price for the work, and I was very happy with the work that he did to repair the jamb.

Had to come back to fix one again, but came back the next day just a few hours after I called.

They do not have time to provide services

For the most recent activity, Lee personnel performed an electrical inspection and installed a whole house surge protector in each of 2 electrical panels. They also trouble shot an electrical issue I was having with a ceiling fan/light.

I don't have any complaints as far as the inspection. We ended up not going with them to do the repairs and things that we had, but yes, everything was fine with the visit that they provided. The price was reasonable for what they came out and did, but that was kind of the end of it.

Very well. It was done well and on short notice in emergency.

Fine. I had some questions which the tech answered for me.

Despite thinking we checked it, the outlet just had a thrown breaker. The technician stated the problem with the garage was a bad switch. He replaced that and we had him replace two others on that wall that were going bad (cracked). Tech was honest and efficient. Gave us the pitch for the service plan but not in an aggressive manner.

In the winter it's heating and air conditioning in the summer. This goes back 20 years. They are reliable. I think they do a very good job.

They come out every 6 months. They are a Christian company, family friendly, honest and hard working.

We've had to have a leak repaired under the kitchen sink and we had to have a toilet replaced.

There was no charge. I'm sure it's paid for somewhere. They're very reliable. I feel like they're honest.

It's a once a year check unless we have an issue. They check under the house too for any leaks. They are professional and they know what they are doing.

They do a good job. They are cheerful, friendly and quick. They are on time and leave it neat.

They have done a good job with my heating and air conditioning. They've done a great job so far. They come every spring and every fall to give me a tuneup for the next season.

The process and installation went very well. We were having a hard time making a decision on what company to go with because we had a very bad and expensive experience with another company. We felt that Lee Company was a very trusted company and they were the most professional HVAC group that we interviewed as well as the most expensive. We decided to go with our gut and we are happy with our decision.

We have an ongoing contract on a yearly basis. They come out twice a year. Their price was reasonable.

Because the breaker made such a loud popping sound & sparked, I was concerned about a potential electrical fire. I decided it was better to be safe than sorry and called LEE. Their rep, Kurt, was there within the hour. He was professional, took the time to explain what happened with the breaker & what he was doing to fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me on anything (something I hate when companies do that). But I still ended up having him also replace a dimmer switch. He was great. I'm going request him for any future jobs. Price, with the Angie's List discount, was surprisingly reasonable given it was 8p on a Sunday!

Excellent. Plumber and Electrician were both prompt, professional, efficient, and provided high quality.

Inspection went well and a report was generated highlighting the issues that need to be resolved. That's exactly what I was expected and Lee's Company exceeded those expectations with information about how I needed to proceed to fix the issues.

Technician came and briefly looked at the system and said it was working fine. He flushed the toilet in the basement a few times and ran the water in the shower for a couple of minutes. He then plugged it back in and the noise stopped and the water stopped running. Total time in the house was less than 15 minutes. He said the issue was that the filter needed replacing. He then charged me more than the $49 that was agreed upon when I first called. His report actually stated that he stayed for 2 hours and he "gave me a discount". I called the company and the receptionist was shocked I got charged more. The issue occurred again about 5 days later and they sent another technician. This time, he explained that the issue wasn't the water softener but actually a valve in one of the pipes for the bathroom was sticking and the should be an easy fix by running the water for a few minutes. He was actually very competent and I appreciated that. All their employees should be like this guy! Ultimately, it took more than 3 weeks, repeated calls, and threats of reporting to BBB to get reimbursed for paying more money than what was agreed upon because managers didn't want to admit fault for poor service. If communication was improved and technicians actually billed for what they did, I'd give a better review.
