 + -1 moreYou could not have a more pleasant person selling your house. She listened to our desires and quickly gave us good recommendations for selling the house. When the stress of negotiations happened, she was calm and helped us to a positive conclusion. We could call her and, unlike other Realtors, she almost always picked up the phone. The buyers came, and the house sold quickly, smoothly, and pleasantly.
Description of Work: In a down or buyer's market, Kathy got our home listed at a fair price and sold within a month and a half. She marketed it in an upscale professional way that attracted lots of buyers when some homes were getting no viewers. A stager, professional photographer, color brochure, flier, caravan showing, open house, paper advertisements and many more things went into getting the buyers to our house and getting it sold.
