I requested a quote over a week ago and have not heard from this company yet.

Everything went fine :).

Purchase was good, in store folks have been great to work with but delivery and install (sub contracted) has been very problematic and difficult to schedule.

OK, but the door they brought it in doesn't work now

Stopped by Home Depot on 08/14/15 to pick up PVC piping for yard sale on 08/15/15. Planned to hang it from a tree to display clothes on it. Lorne/Associate engaged with my two children (ages 8 and 6) who were looking for a car shopping cart. He led us outside to the cart return and found us one. I asked him about the PVC and he walked me to that isle. He then suggested conduit piping as an alternative stating it was stronger and less expensive. Lorne walked us to that isle, we picked out the pipe, and he asked my children to assist him with measuring and cutting. We had the best customer service at Home Depot and a great yard sale!

The sales people in the carpet department at the Home Depot at 100 Oaks were wonderful. We were working on a tight time frame and Christy went above and beyond to secure the date that we needed for our installation. The installiers arrived right on time and we love the quality of our new carpet.

The who experience was smooth and straight forward.

Every time you call you get a different person so make sure you follow up on everything. I think they may have subcontracted the work. The work was great and everything looks beautiful. I do wish it were cheaper and there was a minor delay in the cabinets being made, but they were great!

I give them an overall A rating and the service was pretty good. They brought it out to the car and stuck in the trunk for us.

They were very helpful. We would go back to Home Depot in the future.

It's far from my home. They were fine, and I didn't notice anything that was anything wrong with the store. Most of the people went about their business, so I didn't have much of a response.

Home Depot's team came in and carpeted our whole house and did a great job. Sales team was very honest and up front, came out and did a estimate, (third party) came on time and just did a great job. We were very happy with the results

We love our wood floors that they installed. They are just beautiful. The work got done on time and with no delays. The workers were nice, friendly, and courteous. I was also happy that they were very careful with what they were doing. We got a very fair price.

Home Depot has a good product and a guarantee. Home Depot is a stable company that I can count on. They make everything look good.

Home Depot did a terrible job. They cut the countertops wrong and were extremely messy. I had to hire another company to redo the job. I would never use them again.

I felt that Home Depot was reliable as well as dependable. The only thing was I felt the service men were rushed because they didn't explain what they had done before they left and didn't go over anything with me.

They did an okay job, however the subcontractor threw some shingles around and broke some of my belongings. He was very apologetic and fixed everything. Since they fixed everything, did a good job, and picked up after themselves, I would hire them again.

I was very satisfied with the workmanship. The windows were all great quality. Home Depot is excellent to work with.

We were very pleased with what Home Depot did with the renovation. We had some really bad installers do a very poor job on our attic. Home Depot came over to finish the job. Very timely and great work.

I was very impressed with the contractors Home Depot sent to install our carpeting. They came promptly at 9 a.m. and cleaned the flooring, laid the carpet, and as a bonus helped us move our furniture inside - all by 3 p.m.! They did a fantastic job.

Home Depot did a great job. All 12 windows were installed beautifully. I was also impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves.

Home Depot replaced a hot water heater. The did a fine job. I was not happy about the price. I would use them again in the future.

I had to watch this company very carefully. We had to make him do the work right. He finally did the job right. He was on time. I would not recommend him for contract work.
