Were able to come early. They were very professional and fixed my problem quickly and for a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

Didn t tell me about additional charges up Front.

I appreciated Home Appliance being so communicative with their response time and arrival. Mike, the technician was great. My challenge with this service call was I wasnt given an opportunity to approve the diagnosis. Next thing I knew, a belt was replaced and I was being charged for it. I would have liked an opportunity to review the proposed work before proceeding with the repair. On the plus side, when I brought this up with the billing department, they were willing to work with me on the price to find something more reasonable. All in all, it was a good experience with a small asterisks.

They are multi faceted, very kind and efficient.

I hired them twice to fix my ice maker and they left both times with my money and a failed promise to return and finish the job.

They were very friendly and helpful. They worked around my schedule.

Responded quickly. Made appointment to meet my schedule. Were on time and communicated costs, issue with appliance, and repaired while on site. Left work area cleaner than they found it.

Person who arrive could not identify what was causing the problem.

1 hour of work, 1 cheap part, $300. Would have rather put $300 toward a new clothes dryer.

Quick response. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came to install it as soon as the part arrived.

Door link was repaired but three days later the dishwasher flooded the kitchen because the door was crooked and did not close completely. We ordered a new dishwasher.

"I want nothing to with them"

I needed someone to fix our fridge/freezer ASAP when it stopped cooling. My home warranty company said the best they could was get someone out in 5 days. Yeah right! That was unacceptable. This company got a competent repairman out in less than 24 hours. And, they diagnosed the problem which was much less expensive than a compressor. Then they got approval from the warranty company for me to be refunded. That proved their price was fair.

I called a number for another company and they requested a $60 deposit, which I gave over the phone. When the technician came over he diagnosed the problem and asked for another deposit since they were a different company than who I called. They are basically lair artists in my opinion. For the price of the repair I could have bought a new dishwasher.

Very quick to respond to my request and the technician was very professional. However, they did not call to tell me they were going to be 30 minutes late and I had to call to follow up on our part. I would have given higher scores based if the customer experience was slightly better. Don’t think you can go wrong with this company but just be aware that you’ll have to follow up.

The young man was really good. He got in there and fix my fridge and got out. He also explained to me what I was doing wrong and why my water dispenser stopped working.

We only asked for an estimate for repair, but when the person arrived, he could not speak any English therefore he never spoke to us and did not understand anything we were trying to tell him. He stayed for at least 2 1/2 hours in total silence and we were very uncomfortable because we did not even know what he was doing. He did repair the refrigerator and we paid him through a person on the phone. We are glad to have it repaired but this was not how I expected HomeAdvisor to work.

Technician was polite and friendly however he could not speak much English which made communication a little difficult.
