I was able to get next day service. The technician that arrived was very polite and respectful and wore a mask the entire time he was there.

He was very friendly and incredibly fast! From the time I called until the dryer was fixed was less than an hour!

He was not able to fix the refrigerator ice maker Said he could not get the parts.

My dishwasher leaked twice while I was not using it and was doing laundry. He had no idea what caused that and kept calling his boss and speaking in Russian.

They were very honest about the issue which was not repairable. I would use them again.

Came in a timely manner and got my dryer working.

They failed to tell me until after they were there that they don't take credit cards unless you pay a $50 convenience fee I consider this bad business.

I would have given a higher rating if the appliance was fixed. We did have 3 visits over 4 days. Although the oven/microwave couldn't be repaired, we were only charged the initial inspection/assessment fee.
