The repair man was very friendly and professional. We have pets and small children at home so bringing a stranger in is always a risk. But he was very professional and sweet with the kids and pets. He identified the problem quickly and gave me a range for the estimated repairs and told me what they were. He then diligently fixed the problem and showed me what it was. A+ all the way around!

We have scheduled an appointment for Monday 8 am for our fridge, the tech was 10 late due to traffic, however, they have called me and sent me a text ahead of time. Within 40-50 minutes, they provided me with diagnostics and we gave them a deposit. Later same day, around 4 pm, they called me to schedule the installation as they already had the part. We were impressed with how quickly we got our fridge fixed and their communication is something that I wish all appliance repair companies would have. Strongly recommend!

I thought the price was too much for the work done. 20.00 worth of parts and 30 mins. of work. This was a very minor job.

I spent $285 in parts and labor last December to replace the timer on my washer. Two months later, the timer failed. A technician returned to take the broken timer, but since then a month has gone by and they have not replaced or refunded the timer. Every time I call, someone tells me that I will get a call back with an update, but I have yet to get that call. I am extremely disappointed with their service and regret doing business with them.

The technician showed up exactly on time! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I love that the parts and labor are warrantied for 1 year. Plus the price was amazing!!

Fast and friendly service. They were able to come out and diagnose the broken stove burner quickly which required a new switch and wire, as I had already replaced the element and it still did not work. They were able to repair it as soon as the switched arrived one day later. It was an older electric stovetop. The fee seemed reasonable. I did not price compare. The diagnostic fee went toward the repair cost. I will use them again.

When the technician came in (same day appointment), he provided us with diagonstics results in a timely manner. My wife and I were really impressed with the level of customer service. They called us in advance to provide the time window for visit, they sent us a text with the ETA. We just didnt expect such a great level of attention. The repair was done within 1.5 hours and the estimate was around market average. It's great to work with a local company. Strongly recommend!
