In 2010 we called this company, a distributor for our casement windows, for a quote on replacing or repairing the windows in our home. The sales rep was prompt and courteous. After several discussions, we decided to do the window repair and replacement in phases, phase I being the repair, adjustment, and replacement of hardware and weatherstripping. A third party contractor was sent to our home for this job. The parts were not correct, nor was the weatherstripping. We had a bid of around $1400 for this work, and had paid $700 up front. The workman was here for most of one day, doing what could be done with the parts needed. More had to be ordered. This is the last service visit made. After several emails and a phone call, we were told parts would be ordered and they would let us know. This summer, two years later, I asked for a refund of the money (less the cost of adjustments) or a full accounting of the money and how it was invoiced. The response? From the company, absolutely nothing. The same contractor called again a few weeks after I sent this request by registered mail, and asked to set up a date to do the work. I responded again by registered mail, asking for what I had originally asked for....an invoice or accounting of the money that I had paid. I have heard nothing from the company representative to whom the letter was addressed. To respond to my request in this manner showed a lack of professionalism. Even though the offer was made to finish the work two years later, I declined. Since the original agreement was made, the windows now all need replacement. I would never consider using this company.

The salesman and repairman did not keep appointments and when the repairmen finally did come out he did a lot of damage to the window frame that he repaired leaving me with a pretty big paint job.
