this was urgent as we were without water or toilet service they were selected through our warranty service. not only did they not respond in a timely manner, when we were able to speak to a live person' we were told it would be the next day before they could get to us. when they were informed that the need was urgent they changed the appointment to TWO days later. we told them to forget it! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They were horrible. They came in to fix my water heater, they filled it up and said that it was going to cost this crazy amount. I said, I can't afford that. They said, OK good bye. I said you need to drain that water out of my hot water heater, it's going to leak all over my garage and some of my furniture. They said that they didn't have time to do that. I called another company and they came over and he said, if they had left it like this the whole thing would have leaked all over. The other provider drained it and replaced it. I would never use them again.

They came in and they did not offer to do anything. My carpet was a big deal and I just got it cleaned for the first time and I asked them very nicely if they would take of their shoes off because I offered them some socks. So apparently one of them had another idea he said, "I'm not taking mine off and I'm not putting those on." He said they're clean. Nobody's shoe is clean on the bottom. He refused very adamantly like there's no discussion. The other guy removed his shoes and walked barefooted which was OK. and they asked where's the problem. So I told them, "I have a plumbing problem but I'm not really sure what it is but I'll take you to a tub that drains really slow." If you turn on the faucet and let it run for ab out ten seconds it's going to be fine but if you fill it with a body of soapy water it drains really slowly or not at all. So he didn't do the test I asked him to do. So he was very rude, crude and socially unattractive. He said there's nothing wrong with this tub. So I told him "We've had a back hoe in our front yard and your're telling me there's not a problem." The master bathroom toilet is not draining properly. There is dark mud coming out of those little holes that circulates the water. Nobody can tell me that it's OK because it's not.
