Repaired carpenter-bee-infested porch by replacing and staining rafters and trim. Workmanship was excellent.

Beautifully! He arrived early Sat morn and they were hung in two hours. Paul is a perfectionist in everything he does. I've had him do different jobs for the past several years and am always pleased. He tiled the backsplash in the kitchen and also installed under cabinet lighting.

The thing about Paul is....you can tr ust him to do exactly what he says he will do. He is straightforward, very honest and always wants to do the best job he can possibly offer. I would recommend him, and have, to everyone I know. Of course, that keeps him busy, so keep that in mind...:) He is really busy!! He's worth the wait!

Paul was good about calling us back. He declined our project as he (in Nashville) is a one-man operation and our job was more than a one-man job. Know this going in.

He came out promptly an did an estimate to replace a door frame. When I called him to schedule a time for the work to be done he states he was going out of town for a week and I should call him the week after. When I called then he never returned my messages. He wasted my time and his. I guess he does not need the business.

I contacted this provider 2x in a 2 week period and left a message on voice mail. I never received a call back.

Paul always arrives on time and leaves the area where he worked spotless. He is so meticulus and would not install the tile on the backsplash until the drywall was replaced. He takes alot of pride in his work and it shows.

Everything went perfectly. The job took a day and a half longer than estimated because our house isn't square so laying took a little longer than planned. However, Paul didn't charge extra for this and could have just said that the house isn't square so the tile lines will be off. Instead he took extra time to make it look perfect. He was also very courteous and professional. He seemed very concerned about making sure that we were happy with the finished product. We didn't pay anything until the job was completed. Everything looks great and his price was in line with, or less than, other contractors that gave estimates on the project.

Paul was very pleasant to deal with and dropped by to look at the work to be done and provide an estimate. We discussed the materials needed to do the job since I was supplying materials. After we agreed to have the work done, he arrived as scheduled and proceeded to remove the shoe molding, lay tile, and install a new threshold. The new shoe molding was painted before he left and the job looked wonderful. I plan to use him for other work needed in 2013.

The work that Paul did in installing the floor in my guest bathroom was outstanding. He arrived at my home as scheduled and was very meticulous about how he installed the floor. He appeared to be a true craftsman and really paid attention to the detail of his work. He even painted the quarter round moulding after he installed it. I feel as though he went above and beyond with the quality of work he performed. I couldn't be more pleased with how the floor looks and would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

Paul did a wonderful job - painting, crown molding, fixed doors, and installing bathroom fixtures - very meticulous.

I called Mr. Drury based on the positive feedback others had given. He came out to my house to review the work on a Saturday, two bathroom re-models master and hall. They were total overhauls, a large amount of work. He said on his message he would not be able to start until the end of October. That worked for my schedule. He seemed nice and asked a lot of questions about the design and scope of each job. He was at my home for over an hour. I was encouraged when he said he could do anything I wanted and he would not expect payment until the job was done. He said he would get back to me with an estimate. And then- NOTHING. I emailed him a week later (Friday), no response. I called him and left a message the following Monday. Four days later no response. I take his silence to mean he is too busy or not interested. It is disappointing he couldn't tell me himself. Why bother wasting my time and his? This is for others to know what may lay ahead if you're interested in speaking with him about work on your home.

He worked hard in the heat and installed the shade sail (he came out previously to measure and figure out any supplies needed). He installed my new storm door (it's nice to have it done right the first time). Mr. Drury is an honest and fair man of many talents. if he feels that your problem is out of his area of expertise he will refer you to someone more equipped (if he knows of someone). He is incredibly knowledgeable and I trust him completely. I do nothing dealing with my home without running it past him first.

Professional, meticulous, punctual, reiliable - did a wonderful job! We are using Hammer-n-Hand to do more work in our kitchen next!

As usual, it was a first class experience from Mr. Drury. Quick, efficient, reliable, proffesional, excellent craftsmanship, and affordable are a few terms I would use to describe Mr. Drury and his company. Never have we been disappointed with quality of work he provides. Our family trusts him to the point that he did this job while we were out of town on vacation. We never once worried about a thing. We knew when we got home we would be happy with the final product and we were.

His prices are reasonable. He does a good job. He is very upfront about things as well as doing quality work. People that respond and do good work are not that easy to find. I am very pleased with my interactions with him.

Mr. Drury was quick to respond to my initial call. He communicated openly and honesty throughout the whole process. He is polite, knowledgeable and conscientious. It is so refreshing to have worked with someone who completed a job well. If I were to complain at all it would be that a start time of 9 may have been 10 instead but overall he did what he said he would do and when it took a little longer than expected he did not make this our problem.
