Description of Work: Very professional organization. Able to perform basic sprinkler system adjustments and repairs in an effective manner. Not always able to fix problem first time when more advanced diagnostic irrigation system capability is required based on experience to date. A few repetitive problems are the reason behind C overall and quality ratings. Working through a repetitive concern at present.

Description of Work: Spring restart of sprinkler system, fixed several busted heads, busted valves. Everything went great!

Description of Work: Initial communication issues about when they would show up. However, after that their work was efficient and professional with a clear knowledge irrigation systems.

Description of Work: They never showed up, or called, or anything. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: I used Green Scene for a number of problems with my in ground irrigation system. Alex and his partner were always friendly and professional when on site, and Teresa was great about scheduling them during times that worked for me. When I had a question or problem, Teresa and Jose worked with me and were more than fair in finding a solution. | |I used them after having worked with another irrigation company who couldn't seem to get a technician out. I'll use Green Scene again.

Description of Work: GREEN SCENE IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING WAS NOT THE PROVIDER!!!THI7S COMPANY WAS NOT INVOLVED!! ONLY INDIVIDUALS APPLIED...WHY THIS COMPANY IS LISTED I DON'T KNOW. | |BUT!...42 people responded to my ad for a one-day-yard-work job. I hired a man who said his house painting business was slow and he needed work. My daughter suggested I do a background check before he came. She actually did the check through the on-line Davidson County criminal on-line court site. The man was a convicted felon. He had a court date 2 days from then. I called and canceled. | |I then used the same site and checked all 42 applicants...21 had felony convictions. Attempted murder, aggravated assault (using a deadly weapon) home invasion and kidnapping were among the reasons for jail or prison time. I was surprised at the long "rap" sheets and prison records for both men and women who applied. | |I have had people work on my home who have been to prison or been in jail, work on construction jobs who were hired through contractors. That is not an issue. | |But if you have concerns about who you are bringing into your home, I suggest a background check...THE MAN I WAS ABOUT TO HIRE USED EMPLOYMENT AS THE WAY TO GET INTO HOMES FOR ROBBERY! | |AGAIN...GREEN SCENE IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING WAS NOT INVOLVED...I DON'T KNOW THIS COMPANY...THEY SHOULD NOT BE LISTED!!! | |

Description of Work: Complete Irrigation troubleshooting, repaired faulty wiring and valves that were not functional, and a few rotors replaced. System up & running with 2 separate visits as I have almost 20 zones.Further work needed but they were much more efficient than 2 other local companies I'v e used previously!

Description of Work: Had a little trouble with the initial scheduling, they couldn't provide me an exact date and time until I pressed. However, the service was great, very professional. Replaced two broken sprinkler heads and installed low flow heads on the rest. Set my timers and walked me through the system when he was done. They also had to dig up and cap an old line - lots of work but they did great.

Description of Work: Repaired a stuck valve, replaced three nozzles, adjusted and tested a 9 zone irrigation system. Very responsive, punctual and efficient.

Description of Work: came out and gave ideas. Did not ever address in writing estimate for the services we asked for. We asked for help with our lawn where grass would not grow. Instead, he gave us a written estimate per e-mail about adding hydrangeas to our back yard. We did not ask for this. My husband emailed him to please give us an estimate on the things we discussed for thinning our oak trees and suggestions for grass to grow. He said he would come back out and look at our yard again. We never saw him again. We spent $99.00 for him to email us an example of how hydrangeas would look in our back yard. Again, this is NOT why we bought the coupon. Overall very disappointed in our service.
