Excellent service and products. Nathan has worked with me for over 12 years in two different houses. I’ve purchased several different types of window treatments from him, ranging from wood shutters to roller blinds. I’ve been perfectly satisfied with the products and his great service. An example: several years after installation of a set of wood shutters, one of them developed a slight sag. He fixed the problem promptly and cheerfully. Nathan is knowledgeable about the pros and cons of any given window treatment he offers, and gives thoughtful, honest advice. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Could not be more please would highly recommend this company! When I needed service after the sale, Nathan literally dropped everything to help and did not charge for the service. Great company and exceptional customer service!!!!!

The owner was very professional and his attention to detail was appreciated he went out of his way to help me and I would definitely use him for any job that I had coming up in the future and would refer him to friends also. It took several weeks for the blinds and shutters to be delivered to my home and be installed. I noticed that when I opened the shutters to clean my windows they did not reconnect correctly. I also noticed that some of the shutters are loser then others. I called the owner to see if he could come and assess the problem; left a voicemail message. It took a couple of days for him to return my call; which he actually text back that it would be a service charge of 50 dollars. I did not see a service charge on the receipt/contract and also I was told that the shutters and blinds have a lifetime warranty. When I responded with that information. The owner text me back that the shutters and blinds are under warranty. But, his TIME AND GAS are NOT. I purchased over 6,000.00 dollars worth of blinds/shutters from this company and I would think that it would not be a problem to have this company come and fix whatever is broken for without a service fee. Due to his poor customer service and poor quality of blinds I highly recommend that you do not purchase any blinds or shutters from this company. It is clear that they do not stand by their products or care about if they receive additional referrals.

I wanted faux wood blinds installed for all windows in my new construction home and I contacted Great Looks because of all the good reviews they have online. Nathan provided a reasonable estimate for the blinds prior to completion of the house and he was able to install the blinds shortly after we closed. Nathan described my options, provided samples and made suggestions. I enjoyed working with Nathan so much that I purchased some additional Roman shades for a door from him.

Nathan was very helpful discussing the various options and prices. We went with mostly plantation shutters and some blinds in a few rooms. This was 6 years ago and all of the shutters and blinds are still like new! We recently called to get the kitchen window blinds replaced with with matching shutters and Nathan came out quickly to get this done for us. He is always very professional and knowledgable about all of the products.

Nathan was able to come over within a few days of when I called requesting a quote. He was very professional, friendly, and arrived right on time. I wasn't completely sure of what I wanted and Nathan worked hard to make sure I knew what all my options were, and what would look best in my home. He was able to deliver the finished quote before he left. There was no pressure at all for me to make a decision while he was there. When I placed my order, Nathan said it would take 6 weeks for the shutters to be built and shipped to him. He called me 6 weeks to the day and we scheduled installation later that week. Nathan and his assistant were both extremely careful when installing my new shutters. He obsessed on every one like they were going into his own home. I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely use them again when I add more shutters. Nathan works with only 1 other person he can trust to put the care he expects into each job. I know this means he gets backlogged with jobs from time to time, but he is totally worth the wait. I've had shutters in 2 other homes installed by other companies who have not had the quality product Nathan offers, or the quality installation.

Nathan was absolutely awesome. He was quick to respond when I first reached out, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. The plantation shutters are absolutely gorgeous! In fact, I'm now going to have him do the same for the rest of my downstairs windows.

I contacted Mr. Nathan Brampton with Great Looks Blinds just a couple of weeks ago by e-mail and got an immediate response, which made a wonderful impression, especially since one of the other major blinds installers listed here on Angie's List with lots of "A" reviews I e-mailed through their contact site on Angie's List a few days prior never bothered to respond to me. Mr. Brampton set up an on-site meeting and brought a catalog to show me what might work best, especially since I had concerns about what would look best in the sun porch in my old Tudor style cottage in this historic neighborhood. He had some samples of materials and was also able to answer all of the technical questions about corded and cordless operation. He was very patient and thorough in explaining, and I felt very comfortable with my final selection based upon his expertise. He also gave me a very realistic timeline for project completion. In addition, he contacted me back within just a day or so to let me know that the cordless option was no longer available from the manufacturer and offered a full refund or another option. I decided that a cordless battery powered remote option would be best, and he was up front about the increase in the cost of the project. Within less than two weeks Mr. Brampton contacted me to let me know the blinds were in and he could install the next day. I actually waited until the following week due to travel, and he came promptly as scheduled, installed these expertly in minimum time, cleaned up everything, and demonstrated operation and answered questions. He also reassured me that if there were any follow-up problems that he was readily available to assist. I'm very happy with Great Looks Blinds and with Mr. Brampton's expert and kind service and would certainly recommend this business to anybody who needs blinds or window dressings of any kind. These look and work great! I also really appreciated the fact that Mr. Brampton takes the time to respond to e-mail inquiries through Angie's List for any size of project, small or large.

We recently had Nathan install the blinds in our new home and both my wife and I think he did an outstanding job! He was quickly available for an initial consultation at our home. He put together an estimate for the entire house during his first visit, something that took his competition multiple days. When we asked him to come back a couple of days later to take another look at his selection he came right away. We really appreciated his advice when we were not sure what shade of color or what type of blind to use. We were equally impressed by his flawless installation. He works together with his wife, and they have a meticulous system that allows him to quickly move from window to window. Before we knew it all the blinds were installed and everything looked great! We really could not be happier with his work and will definitely recommend him to anybody interested in having blinds installed.

I am very impressed with Nathan and his business. We had priced other vendors. Nathan called back after we left a message in less than 2 hours, came out the next day, and his quote was very reasonable for Hunter Douglas. He measured and placed the order. They returned when the order came in. Nathan and his wife did all the installation in less than an hour. We would definitely recommend his service and will use him in the future.

Prompt to measure and give estimate...after verbal agreement on order Nathan wanted to come back by to look at windows again. HE was concerned about one window as it is very difficult to get to due to stairs. He considered passing on the job, but after much thought decided he was up for the challenge and would upgrade me to wood versus faux wood so installation would go better. He did not pass the upcharge for wood on to me! I was amazed at this professionalism. Installation was awesome, Nathan and his wife did an outstanding job (and I have had other shutters installed by different companies that did not go near this well).

I called Great Looks on a Saturday morning and owner Nathan Brampton, responded to our request for an estimate that afternoon. He brought samples, measured our windows and gave us the estimate right then. Nathan was friendly, professional and did not pressure us to make a decision right away. The following Monday I called him and placed the order. While we waited for the order to come in Nathan provided us with temporary blinds for the bedrooms. Nathan and his wife installed the blinds two weeks afterward. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the blinds.

Our order arrived as promised. He and his wife came out right on time and did a great installation. When we placed our order he advised us on the best material to use and also advised us not to do one of the windows we had planned on doing, he said because it had such a beautiful view and that we had a weeping cherry tree that gave privacy and lots of shade we didn't really need to include that window. We plan on doing more in the future we are able and Nathan will be who we use.Thanks again for a great job!

I called Great Looks Blinds and Shutters and believe it or not he was there in an hour. The owner of the company came and showed me beautiful samples of what he could offer me. I was floored when he quoted prices for the highest quality shutters and I had a quote from a big hardware store here in Franklin that was the same, except those were plastic. I got the highest quality shutters for the lowest price. This man was polite, clean, courteous. He was always on time and his product is of the highest quality. My house was built in 1984 and it looks brand new with these gorgeous shutters. Every morning I wake up and both my husband and I oooh and ahhh over the shutters. We had checked so many companies and I don't think you can beat this one. It was money well spent, a definite upgrade in the look and feel of our house. Also, it has improved our utility bills and made our house a lot more comfortable in the summer and winter.

The owner was a really nice man. Everything fits and works perfectly.
