Description of Work: Removal of existing jacuzzi type tub, installation of a shower, refinish window, building a new wall to create a closet, installing light fixtures and basically creating a brand new bathroom out of a vanity room. They had to reinforce the flooring for tile and fixed some problems uncovered in the process. Superb job. Is there a rating better than A, because they surely deserve it. It was a pleasure working with them.

Description of Work: Todd was the painter. He came and gave the bid at the prescheduled time. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. My husband was very pleased with his neatness as he painted lr, hallway and br. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Glen has worked for me twice: the first time was only to hang some ceiling fans, but this time was a total master bathroom remodel. I couldn't be more pleased, and I will definitely call Glen again. I wanted to keep the vanity and the tub in my bath, but everything else was replaced, including pulling out the drop-in shower and building a larger and more open replacement. I told Glen what I wanted, and he made it happen. In the end, the project included a whole new tiled shower, bead board molding around the tub, a new tile floor, the framing around the mirror, lights moved and changed out, new bathroom counter and sinks, all new fixtures, new cabinet doors, and paint. It's like a whole new room! I'd never commissioned a remodel project by myself before, and as the project proceeded, I once had to ask for a change, there were holdups while we waited for fixtures to arrive, and sometimes I was uncertain about decisions (paint color, etc.). Through it all, Glen was patient and accommodating. The workmanship on my bathroom is simply beautiful. Also, the sub-contractors he used were as skilled and polite as his crew. Ben cleaned up the work area every day, and everyone was careful in my house. Now my master bath is so pretty and fresh, and it's my favorite room in the house. I can't say enough in praise of Glen Hutchison and his crew (Ben, John, Lowell, Jeremy). They did a wonderful job remodeling my bathroom and additionally, they were pleasant and easy to have in the house every day. Thank you, Glen!!

Description of Work: They did some repairs on my deck, repaired drywall, and mounted a flat screen tv. They lifted out a jetted tub and put it back in.

Description of Work: glenn came out an gave an estimate after a couple of weeks. he then sent someone out to do the work and not ony were they efficient they came in under the quote and did a very good job to a patch job of some trim wood missing from out home. I would use Glenn again.

Description of Work: Glen and his crew are a wonderful group of craftsman that function like a well oiled machine, when one part of the process was completed the next guy grabbed the batton and kept on rolling. They took out an old stall shower that had a leaky floor pan and rebuilt the whole thing with new plumbing, electric and tile. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone and would gladly use them again myself.

Description of Work: Glen's company added about 900 square feet of living space (including a new master bedroom suite with master bath and walk-in closets, laundry room, and breakfast room), remodeled the kitchen and a bathroom, added hardwood floors and a separate HVAC to an existing part of the house, painted all new (and some old) interior surfaces and exterior trim, re-roofed the entire house, and built a large deck. All of the new parts of the home were bricked to match the existing brick on the front of the house and Glen's hardwood floor guy did a beautiful job matching the new hardwood floors to the old. Glen's guys did all of the tile work in the bathrooms and laundry room. Glen picked out and had his guys install all of the new windows, doors, and trim to match the existing windows & trim in the house.

Description of Work: They repaired two window frames and 1 door frame that had rotted due to improper installation.

Description of Work: Glen Hutchison came out to our home to repair water damage and rotting on our window exteriors. They also rebuilt one window frame and installed new cabinets in our kitchen.
