+ -1 moreThey brought 6 men to do the move rather than the 3 we had agreed on. They told me it would be faster and would not cost more however it cost twice what the estimate was for the move. Many times some of the men did nothing but wait on others. 6 men is too many - they just get in the way. At one point they all sat in the truck during a short rain.
Description of Work: Moved all of our household goods from West Meade to Bellevue.

+ -1 moreThe movers were respectful of my belongings, courteous and friendly, and did a great job of packing and planning.
Description of Work: Moved a 1500 sq. ft. home. The office staff was friendly and efficient and the guys who showed up on the day were on time and professional. They had moved my mother six months before and were so amazing, I knew I would use them when I moved.

Description of Work: Franklin Movers helped us move into our new home. They charge hourly rates so the price is based on time and not just a set rate.
