Franklin Lawn Care

They do a very through job!

We've used Franklin Lawn Care for two years and will again this year. Lindsey has always been very professional with us and we've been happy with the work he and his team have done. We recommend him highly.

I can always tell the difference after they visited, the lawns very nicely trimmed and there's not a lot of residue; they take care of that.

The first year we used them, they did an acceptable job. Over time, the work became hurried and the days they showed up were never consistent. This last year, I had to repeatedly ask Lindsey to make sure the grass clippings were blown out of the newly landscaped beds. (Landscaped by a different company.) I fired them because his assistant wacked all my newly planted ground cover, approximately 25 plants. Upon further inspection, I found that he had wacked 3 fully mature plants in another area. All these plants were in designated beds and were obviously not weeds. When I spoke with the owner to fire them, all he could say was, "Bummer." Not professional or apologetic at all. I put off paying our last invoice until I was satisfied that the more than 2 dozen wacked plants survived and came back. Within 30 days of the last service, I received a nasty note from Lindsey which was written on the back of his business card and stuck in our mailbox stating, "Your bill will go to collections in ten days if you don't pay." Honestly? Not professional. He has not once apologized for ruining my plants, nor made any other attempt to finalize payment.
