Description of Work: I received an estimate for the work to be done.I will go with them because their price was better than all my other estimates. However, they said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could get to the job. All the others could do it immediately, but because of the price I decided to go with them. Thanks for finding them for me -- the reviews were helpful.

Description of Work: Based on the reviews and proximity to our area, I called and left a message that I needed a quote for a residential fence. Finally got a call back the next afternoon advising that they don't serve Nolensville. The Angie's List clearly shows Nolensville included in their service area. Nolensville is actually closer to Franklin than Nashville, Bellevue or Belle Meade. They need to correct their info on Angie's Liist and decide what area they want to serve so future prospective customers don't waste time contacting them.

Description of Work: I cannot comment on the quality of service because I never received a call back. I called in late February to request an appointment for Franklin Fence & Deck to check out a deck renovation we want done. The person I spoke with took down my contact info and said she'd have "Mike" call me back. I've been waiting 3 weeks for that call. This job is around $5k-$7k.

Description of Work: They replaced a 35 yr old chain link fence with a very nice looking aluminum fence. Were able to remove the old posts and reset new posts without stressing my questionable old concrete patio. They came when they said, despite horrible weather, finished the job as estimated, and the owner came back the next day to inspect the work. Their workers were outstanding. I will definately recommend them to anyone needing fencing. It is so nice to find such honest, hardworking, fair people to do with which to do business. Thanks!

Description of Work: Fenced-in back yard with combination 4 rail fench and post and wire.

Description of Work: Franklin Fence & Deck installed an aluminum fence (with a wrought iron look) in my yard. I met personally with Mike Costello who provided me with information so I could evaluate different fencing companies. I believe someone on his staff named Joe actually put in the fencing and did everything by hand. It took 3 days to install a fence around the back yard, which was about a 1/4 acre. They were prompt, tidy, responsive and I've had no issues with the fence for the almost 4 years that I had it (date of service is approximate). I would definitely use them again.
